There have been a lot of diet experiences for me but this one seems to make the most sense with the most reward. This is my third time using the diet. I have yet to master it perfectly. I use a stage here and there to maintain but sometimes you just want or need to lose weight. I have always lost 10-15 lbs during phase one which is so exciting that it keeps you going. As I said I have never done it exactly as written the exercise piece is my stumbling block but it still always works. I can honestly say that every time is a rewarding experience.
