Best Diet Book

I highly recommend this book!
The "Freshman 15" is a real thing, and it is really hard to lose those pounds even after your freshman year. I live a very fast paced lifestyle, so diet is usually something I am not concerned with. But my body thinks differently.
I decided it was time for a change. I came across this book on social media. Diet plans usually don't keep my attention. But the Two Week Diet has done wonders for me. It educates you on the mistakes you are making with your diet and shows you how to fix that!
This is a great, simple, comprehensive guide on how to get your body in shape and keep a healthy lifestyle.

Awesome diet schedule. I have been hitting gym for last 6 months to get my body in shape. Then I got to know about this "The 3 Week Diet" and I saw a great change in my physique just after 21 days, I lost 15 pounds of fat on my body. That's a really great great help for me as a beginner who just started working out. By following the diet schedule of "The 3 Week Diet", I saw myself in a really great positive change, which I wanted for last 1 year. I highly recommend this book to those who wants to loose wait and want to get in shape.

My name is Elizabeth a mother of one and I would like to share my true story on how I was able to lose weight after delivering. After I delivered my son, it took me six months to realize that I was carrying an extra 27 pounds. Immediately, I started trying diets I thought could help me shed the extra weight. Unfortunately, nothing seemed to work. I became a little bit worried and sought advice from friends. I want to thank Emily Clay; she introduced me to a book called ‘'The 3 week diet ‘'. To be honest, no other book has been resourceful to me like this book. The 3 week diet plan outlined in this book is simple to follow. I did everything suggested in the book and lost 24 pounds in three weeks. I want to start the diet again so that I can lose another 6 pounds.

Truly Legit Diet Book!

Believe me when I say that the methods in this book are real, because they really are. Being plump and rounded most of my life, I never imagined that I would be able to lose 20 lbs just in 3 weeks! The methods are exceptional; the facts presented are straightforward and true. It's definitely worth the grab. I'm really grateful I stumbled upon this book, I'm feeling better about myself now!

3 week diet works

I just started the diet 3 days ago. First I read the entire doc... twice. Very informative about the science behind our bodies and weight loss rationale. I have already lost 5 lbs. and am very excited to continue. I am following it exactly and it is working for me... If you can muster some willpower, it should work for you too. As he says, you can commit to anything for 21 days.

I've tried so many diets that I can't even remember them all. The Three Week Diet is by far one of the best ones. It is simple and easy to follow and it works. The science behind it makes me feel safe and supported by facts not just hype and sales jargon. It defies a lot of the traditional diet trends and this is good for me because many of those did not work for me. This one truly does and it is inexpensive. It's easy to follow and doesn't take a lot of time to figure out and implement. I've lost 15 pounds on it and kept it off. I can always go back to certain phases of the detox if I find myself wandering off the track. I highly recommend this diet over all the others claiming to be the best on the market right now.

After a long time, I read a good book about diet program. I was trying to reduce some weight in a natural way and I found this book! I have read several other diet plan books but most of them suggest worthless supplements but in this book Brian provides some motivational steps which are really good. Especially I like the "Will Power" section. Really if we want to burn some fat from our body, we can but sometimes we can't do it due to lack of will power. Others tips were equally helpful to burn some fat but this "Will Power" one - I like the most!

I read this book because I want to maintain my body weight, not because I am overweight. I really got a serious problem on this one. I can easily gain and lose weight. As long as I know, thing like this will never end good.
A unique book, I must say. It never talks only about losing weight as quickly as possible, but how to live a healthy life. The most amazing thing is how the author emphasized the power of willpower. Kind of a new stuff for me, but as the book said, it works.
Truly recommended!

Miracle Diet!

The Three Week Diet is a great read for dieters wishing to lose up to 23 pounds in just 21 days. The book is sectioned into the three main components of the diet. Many will find the section on willpower, motivation, and mindset to be the most useful as that is where many dieters struggle the most. Dieters will especially like that this diet does not involve giving up certain food groups entirely. This diet is successful because it involves developing healthy habits that people can easily incorporate into their daily lives.

Great Weight-Loss Book

I know it has been a long time since I have left a review on anything but after reading The 3 Week Diet I just wanted to let others know how great it actually is. I have tried more than a dozen ways to lose weight and some help but never last or give me the results that I desire. This book gets straight to the point with everything and provides you with the best ways possible to lose weight. You will see results in just a matter of a few days starting it and trust me you won't want to stop after three weeks. I have been able to lose more than fifteen pounds and am proud to say I have the flat stomach that I always wanted. So thank you so much!

I always believe that losing weight will take effect on your body after 6 months or so but after reading The 3 Week Diet, it helps me to lose weight for just 21 days! I have been a lazy girl going up to the gym and I never look into the foods I eat that’s why my weight grows bigger and I’m very upset about it. However, in The 3 Week Diet book, it will help you to be motivated to lose weight and change your lifestyle. From eating the right and healthy food, the exercise you need to do for you to be physically active up until you make it a habit! I can’t believe I lose 10 pounds by just following the techniques on the book. I totally recommend it!

Being a mom of 2 kids, I have gained 30 pounds and counting. Whats worse, I know that I have yet to gain more as I stay at home. So I searched for the best diet plan that fits me and my lifestyle and found The 3 Week Diet! With its clear instructions, I am now able to lose weight after following this diet plan focusing on dietary fasting on a short-term basis. This is perfect for me as I can eat anytime I want but am now more conscious of conditioned hunger as the book mentions. Being able to determine this, I can now try to limit those habitual eating frenzies that make me want to eat more even though I am not really hungry.
Kudos to The 3 Week Diet plan author! Now I can slowly get back to my ideal weight!

There are plenty of bogus sites out there which claim to reduce your weight in a matter of few days time. Frankly speaking, even I thought the "3 week Diet" was a waste of time and money. But I was totally wrong. Well written in an easy to understand and friendly tone, I do recommend this book to everyone who is determined to cut their weight in a matter of few week's time! The diet is divided into different phases in this book, with each phase explaining a lot about what to eat and in the right proportion. If you follow the diet in this book, it even cleanses your body! Great book!

I hate diets! That will never change. Astoundingly enough, I like The 3 Week Diet and for good reasons.
It's feasible! You're not expected to lose and maintain weight in just a couple of days as if your body's metabolism were modeling clay. Its well-thought-out and easy to follow.
Its based on medical facts! I'm a doctor (GP), so starving myself, taking all sorts of "miracle" pills or restrictive eating habits are things I completely avoid from the get-go.
It's real! After only 2 weeks, I've lost 13.5 pounds and I can confidently say that my health is improving!

Best Diet Ever

I signed up to this diet about 2 weeks ago and I've already lost 17 pounds! It's absolutely crazy! I am still eating great foods like burgers, steaks, tacos, and the occasional dessert, and yet the weight is just dropping off. I highly encourage everyone to try this diet. Apparently it's the same one that Jennifer Lawrence from Hunger Games used haha at least that's what my trainer told me. Anyways, check it out!

The 3 Week Diet breaks down why other diets don't work and offers a better way to approach weight-loss. I trust that the diet should work; the book has moved me to incorporate into my life what Brian Flatt has made a habit in his. The provided food lists makes choosing what to eat easier, and just being able to calculate my BMR with this book in less than 5 minutes is really motivating. I am especially looking forward into carrying out the exercises -- the illustrations are very helpful. I would have liked an illustration for the Steam Engines, but I think I got the general idea. Thanks to the author!

No more fat on my belly

Finally, I got rid of my stubborn belly fat with this two-week regimen! After giving birth, I just couldn't have the flat stomach again, no matter what I did, until now. For four years I have been struggling with those extra pounds. Then a friend recommended me this method and voila - the excess fat is gone. Wow Wow Weight Loss!

The 3 Week Diet is all it is cracked up to be and more. I love it. I cannot believe the amazing results I've seen from it already, and I only just read the book less than a month ago.

I have tried so many diets that haven't worked for me, but this program was different. It didn't feel like a 'diet,' because I feel so good. And the weight loss is incomparable to any other program I've tried.
