Just when I got disappointed I discovered this book that literally changed my life. I am often skeptical on diet and weight loss books. Some promotes a system where you need to buy expensive supplements, shakes and whatnots. The others are downright outrageous with no additional knowledge to impart other than “starve yourself and exercise and you will lose all the fats.” The 3 Week Diet surprisingly provides an in-depth analysis of the weight loss dilemma, what works and how it should be done. I am yet to apply what I have learned here, but I’m already excited and motivated.
I just started the 3 week diet plan and I've lost close to 10 pounds already! I've tried other diet plans but none of them compares with this one. This is a very good diet, but it can be hard. I've lost over 5lb in a week. That's never happened in all my years of dieting. I only have 10 lbs to lose, which is always the hardest. Remember, if you buy the diet, commit to it and it will work. Hoping the next 5 comes off as easily!
