Wow Wow Weight Loss!

The 3 Week Diet is all it is cracked up to be and more. I love it. I cannot believe the amazing results I've seen from it already, and I only just read the book less than a month ago.

I have tried so many diets that haven't worked for me, but this program was different. It didn't feel like a 'diet,' because I feel so good. And the weight loss is incomparable to any other program I've tried.

An absolute winner

When I travelled to California to be with my sister for her birthday, I just could not believe it - she had lost a whooping 20 pounds, I was jealous!
When she let me into her secret, The 3-Week Diet, I quickly bought and received the book. I noticed the diet actually advocated for a long-term healthy lifestyle change with easy to follow meal plans and sensible exercise tips. I was beginning to despair of ever losing the 25 pounds that stayed a year after giving birth. Then a friend recommended The 3-Week Diet and it was a definite eye-opener for me. My major takeaway was it changed how I looked at certain foods. I used to avoid meat and fatty food, but apparently it was the carb-rich food that was stopping me from losing the pregnancy weight. It was a struggle to give up bread and pasta, and it took time to adjust to a less- frequent eating schedule. But after just one month, I finally packed away my maternity clothes and went shopping for smaller sizes.

The best diet ever

There are dozens of diet plans around us. Many promise, every day, to magically shed fat off your body in a matter of days. Very often those suggested ways to lose weight are bizarre and pretty dangerous. What makes this 3 Week Diet completely different and great is that it will help you get rid of those pounds youve been trying to lose for so long while staying healthy and satisfied. Also, it teaches you how to keep your ideal weight on a long-term basis.

I have always been a fitness and nutrition enthusiast and I am no stranger to the gym.

Burning calories by way of hard core cardio and strength training. I keep my ratio of eating around 90% healthy and give myself about 10% wiggle room for treats and error. Why couldn't I lose those stubborn 10 lbs?

Once I read the 3 Week Diet, it all clicked.

Although I work out and eat healthy, my issue was that I gave in everytime I felt those "conditioned" hunger pangs.

Once I built myself up to a 24 hour fast (twice weekly) was I able to start shredding that stored fat! Upping my protein with Whey was a quick fix for myself, as I recently stopped eating meat.

I loved the easy to read flow of The 3 Week Diet. It explains everything in a very sensible fashion. Thanks for helping reach my goal!

The book breaks down idiotically simplistic tropes that are commonplace in a lot of blogs and social media posts such as "fat burning food". The author challenges old beliefs with regard to various food types and provides various references. It also goes through the science of the processes behind losing weight.

What's great is that it's not an unhealthy way to go about it. The diet prescribes sets of food that gives complete nutrition for the body while priming it to lose excess weight. It also prescribes lesser-known superfoods that not only give added leeway to weight loss but also provide numerous health benefits.

It changed my life!

Just when I got disappointed I discovered this book that literally changed my life. I thought that there was no hope for me because every time I lost a few pounds I was gaining them back in a short period of time. After reading it I realized how wrong I was. Initially felt the title of this book was quite misreading but nevertheless bought it because a friend had recommended it to me. This book isn't like the other weight book loss programs you may have seen; it is the child of great amount of research from the author.
It's been three months now, and I have seen tremendous results using the advice and insights in this book

The idea that it takes 21 days to make a change is not just a cliche, it's true. There is no change like weightloss. I have used this book as a way to help myself through my weight loss as a musician. My appearance is important and it is best for me to always look fit. This book is a useful guide and should be used by everyone looking to improve themselves.

I am often skeptical on diet and weight loss books. Some promotes a system where you need to buy expensive supplements, shakes and whatnots. The others are downright outrageous with no additional knowledge to impart other than “starve yourself and exercise and you will lose all the fats.” The 3 Week Diet surprisingly provides an in-depth analysis of the weight loss dilemma, what works and how it should be done. I am yet to apply what I have learned here, but I’m already excited and motivated.

I just started the 3 week diet plan and I've lost close to 10 pounds already! I've tried other diet plans but none of them compares with this one. I love the fact that you can eat animal protein from the second day. My skin is looking great as well. I can't wait to come back and share my total weight loss at the end of the 21 days.

This book is something that anyone who wants to get weight loos must have on their shelf. This book has summed everything, from nutrition to exercise during the three week period and motivation that most of us need every day. Nutrition is very well explained and detailed that anyone who wants to learn about it can do it with this book and very easy. Everything is sorted excellent so u wont be lost in the text. This book is also very beneficial for those who are training and dieting but they dont get wanted results. With this book they can make it easy.

Excellent book! It changed my view of dieting completely. It worked 100% as they say. You can see tremendous changes in just 14 days. This book is a science based that guide you to the dramatic weight loss. Trust me you will never regret following this book. I have always felt like such a failure to lose my weight. This is a very good diet, but it can be hard. I've lost over 5lb in a week. That's never happened in all my years of dieting. I only have 10 lbs to lose, which is always the hardest. Remember, if you buy the diet, commit to it and it will work. Hoping the next 5 comes off as easily!
