The past few years I tried almost everything, from heavy exercise to diets and planed meals, I even consulted a nutritionist but nothing worked for me. A few months ago, my college friend invited me to a weekend beach getaway at the end of July. I wanted to look good and went on one crash diet after another. I have never been a big fan of weight loss guides and the explicit lies spread across in several of them. I was going to wait until I had finished the 3 week diet to write my review but I am so impressed with my weight loss at the half way point that I had to comment about it. I have lost 14 pounds and am so pleased. With two small kids and the demands on one's time it is difficult to exercise every day but I aim for at least 4 days a week and even so by sticking largely to the letter of the diet the pounds have been falling off. I cannot wait to see where I end up in another 10 days.
I wasn't really sure weather to try this program however I took the leap and lost 13 pounds in 21 days which is fantastic. Not only does this have a plethora of explained phenomenon in a manner that appeals to us since it's written in a casual manner. Needless to say that since the diet plan was based on tons of different studies, the chances of this diet not working for you is extremely slim to none. Overall, I'm really happy that I read this book and I can vouch for the diet plan's effectiveness.
After a motor accident, i was bed ridden and recovery was a long process. I gained so much weight that i went from a size 8 to a size 16. My back would hurt and i was no longer the athletic person who could run miles without breaking a sweat. I was depressed and upset that i was not able to motivate myself to lose the flab.
