I have never been a big fan of weight loss guides and the explicit lies spread across in several of them. I got linked to the 3 week diet guide by a friend who thought I needed to rethink my stance on such guides. To cut the long story short, my protruding tummy is now ripped with albs! Im not a rigorous trainer, so getting albs was kind of difficult but not anymore. I can now proudly flaunt my ripped bud how cool?!
