So i bought the 3 week diet, read everything and i must say im impressed by the information, very impressed however, ive been finding it hard to stick to it maybe cause im not settled, packing to a new place hence no determination. The 3 Week diet is a well defined diet and exercise plan based on scientific rationale and personal experiences of the creator. It is an easy to read plan of action and one that I think is manageable in todays busy world.
