This book is a very easy read for those interested in nutrition but do not know where to begin. I believe it is important to break down the concepts in a way we can understand what we are intaking into our body, and this book does just that! Emphasizes the importance of exercises related to a nutritious diet. Excellent read, and would recommend for any one looking for lose weight, and get healthy the right way!
I was having a hard time finding the right diet for rapid weight loss. But when I came across The3- Week Diet, my outlook towards diet and weight loss changed forever. The book explains the science behind weight loss and a sound health in simple words that an average reader can easily understand. It covers different aspects of diet. It guides us through the effective yet simple exercises that we can do at home and strip that extra fat off.
I don't think I can describe how much this book have changed my life! Like everybody else, I have been struggling with body weight for a long time, I've tried all the magic diets and put in a lot of hours at the gym, but my miracle came in the form of this book.
It is easy to understand and follow.
I didn't feel like I was judged because it was like talking to a best friend with the same problems you have.

I was really excited to find something that promised to work so quickly. My husband joined the gym for his new year's resolution, and I needed something that I could fit into my schedule as well. My biggest problem is that I work from home, so I'm very bad at snacking on all the wrong things. I'm only in the first week, but I already feel absolutely great. Being a weight conscious person, I have read various diet plans, books and articles on weight loss but the book, The 3 Week Diet by Mr. Brian Flatt has been the best of them. I have found this book quite useful and easy to follow. The author has gone into detail of each and everything with proven research statistics and facts which helps the readers in motivating them. The approach to food is simpler. The myth that you have to totally cut off your meals has been proven wrong by the author, instead you just have to manage your calorie intake along with the consistent exercise. In my opinion, the book deserves a 5-star rating.
The 3 Week Diet taught me the most important lesson about dieting - Dieting is not about starving the body, it is about listening to the needs of your body. I have not only lost weight but also feel more confident and successful. I am really happy with my transformed self. I was skeptical of the book at first but seeing the positive reviews, I was always enthusiastic to give it a shot. I am now glad that I read the book and applied what it said. The book contains some amazing weight loss techniques which helped me lose most of my belly fat in the first three weeks. It was amazing to see my old body back!
The plans may look difficult in the beginning, but if you keep on following them for the three weeks, you will see amazing changes in your weight. Thanks to the authors for coming up with this amazing weight loss book. I am now a fan forever!
I only started this diet on Monday and today, Saturday I have already lost 10lb. I have much more energy, I do not feel hungry either. I have tried most diets out there, I am 59 years old, start weight was 10.13 and so far I am down to 10.5. Just a week in and 10lb down. I even managed my 24 hour fast as I'm so motivated. It's easy to follow and the weight comes off from the get go. So happy I started on this journey and I have no doubt that the ease of the programme will allow me to continue until I reach my goal weight. Never thought I would say this but I would recommend anyone who has struggled with their weight to give this a go!
What attracted me to this diet, is that factor it really does not restrict my eating. It teaches you how to eat better. I don't like calling diets "diets" for my mind set I said better eating plan. Even though I did not follow in the beginning to the letter, I notice a difference in the first week. I just downloaded and read the entire 3 week diet process. Everything makes so much sense! I have always said my body loses more weight during fasting. But now I have the whole process so I can get the most from the food I eat and when I eat them! I'm so excited to start tomorrow with Day 1!
Turned 50, had a few wake-up calls and decided it was time for a change. I have hip that needs replacing and I was using that as excuse but decided I was in pain already might as well be doing something positive with it. I found this diet somehow and have lost a lot of weight through 11 days of the diet. Yes, you need to walk every day, yes you need to eat less, yes you need to eat veggies, and commit to it it you want it. I hated vegetables but am loving 'em now as the weight is coming off. I will start workouts now and using BMR and reduced calories to drive more weight off as I progress through next 10 days.
If you made it this far, you want to lose weight so just do it. Get this diet, a fitbit, good pair of shoes, and then read diet, follow it, and celebrate the weight coming off on an almost daily basis... if you stay committed to yourself and what you are doing. I have purchased the book and it is AWESOME. Unlike other rapid weight loss plans, this provides realistic ways to change your habits. It also gives good information on how the body works in relation to weight gain/loss. I feel that this is going to work. Starting the plan in the morning!
