Can you use any condiments, spices or anything that is low or no carbs? Trying to find some things to either spice things up a bit or add some other flavors.

I used spices and olive oil. Garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. I also used chipotle mayonnaise. Low carb of course.

I used all types of spices (onion powder, garlic salt, salt pepper, etc). I also ensured I used pink salt to make sure I had the proper electrolyte and sodium balance. Drinking 100-128oz of water caused a lot of nutrients to go right through you. Which is fine since we are releasing a lot of fat. During your fat fast I recommend the "fat fast cookbook" in the amazon kindle store. It helped and I created some delicious recipes.

I try to aviod sodium as much as I can. If you can find spices that do not contain this then it's okay

I use olive oil and vinegar as it says you can drizzle on veggies. I do use spices that have no carb no sodium to flavor up my meats. It hasn't hinder my progress.

Spices are okie, but make sure that you dont give a room for them to mess with the digestion, because vitamin and mineral absorption at this phase is very important. Limiting spices will be a safe choice, personally.
