When I first heard about the 3 Week Diet System, I thought that there is some trick about it. Losing 12-23 pounds in just 21 days… How can that be possible? The system works amazingly mainly because it offers the combination of a diet and a special workout plan. This is exactly what is needed to lose weight effectively!
