When I first heard about the 3 Week Diet System, I thought that there is some trick about it. Losing 12-23 pounds in just 21 days… How can that be possible? People spend hours in the gyms to avail the same result in two or three months and the system offers the same result almost without any special effort. No wonder, I didn't believe that at first. However, when I looked through the basics of the program and the manuals that come with it, I decided to give it a try! And I did not regret my decision!

The system works amazingly mainly because it offers the combination of a diet and a special workout plan. This is exactly what is needed to lose weight effectively! I also liked that the diet is not that serious, while the workouts are short, but regular. A separate "thanks" goes to the motivation manual, which is really persuading. Now, I'm really satisfied with the result, which is… 17 pounds for three weeks – just as it was promised!
