I purchased this ring after seeing the designers website. A friend had bought a necklace from her. At first I was hesitant as some custom prices are $$$ however, upon receipt now I understand why. It's not only a unique piece but hand crafted and designed. The silver is heavy and well made. I've gotten so many compliments.

Tip for consumers:
They make custom pieces so if you don’t see what you are looking for or would like something you own melted down, they will turn it into a new design.

I purchased this to grow grass for my mothers cat. I've never seen anything like it as you can grow it in the actual package. In my case I followed the directions but decide to put them in a pot. Within three days of heat outside it grew! A great value and her cat seems quite happy.

I'm celiac and have missed pretzels and donuts. It's hard to find good recipes and most times, I make my own. I came across this website and order donuts, pretzel mix and beignets. The donuts weren't that great but the pretzels and beignets were amazing. It comes with the flour and in the case of soft pretzels, the yeast.

I decided to try this micro exfoliate after reading reviews. It definitely worked for my fair skin, which is also sensitive. I've posted a longer video review. Love the product but please change the packaging. Mine got stuck and wouldn't come out the opening.

I ordered one of their geometric shaped bags. You can see on the video how beautiful it is. Very well made and the price is a good value. I only gave it four stars because it is hard to get into the bag with one hand. I wish the opening was larger. Unfortunately I am sending it back. However, will keep an eye out for another one by them.

They do allow returns but all tags need to be attached and bag unworn

I've had my eyes on these boots for awhile but they were out of my price range. Cue Bloomingdale's… as they were on sale plus an additional 25% off. The red suede is stunning in person, amazing quality and even for a tall heel I can walk in them.

For returns you only have 30 days so be sure to return them in that timeframe

My coworker got me into the brand after I saw her wearing the Balfern leather jacket. I love the edgy styles. I've purchased their jewelry more lately, especially their Gold earrings. I've gotten stopped whenever I wear them or been asked in zoom calls for work. My mother even asked for a pair. They aren't 14 carat gold but brass, nickel free and so far don't hurt my sensitive ears.

I've never been great with makeup but my friend is and she purchased the pillowtalk regular lipstick, as a gift for me. The original pink shade is great, it doesn't clash against my fair skin and keeps my lips moist. As someone who doesn't buy higher quality lipstick, this is pricey, however it does last a long time and is a great neutral for everyday.

This was my third experience and the best so far. I have tried other sites like stitch fix but I feel lik Nordstrom's caters to more of what I'm looking for. If you have a Nordstrom card or get an invite the styling fee is waived so there is no upfront costs unless you decide to buy.

Tip for consumers:
Ask a friend to refer you. Doesn’t cost you anything unless you keep an item. I’m a regular customer and have no affiliation whether you use them or not.

I ordered my first goldbelly dinner and unfortunately it arrived late via FedEx and was defrosted. The rep Mariah was great she helped me to get a credit and get everything situated. Even gave me some restaurants tips. I ended up getting food from Blue Ribbon and it was the best fried chicken I have ever had. Came on time and my family enjoyed it.

I have consigned four times and each time it's $7 or $5. On my luxury items, even after building VIP status it's still putting items on sale right when they get posted, so I maybe get $300 for Chanel. Don't waste your time. On top of it some items came back damaged (I will say two were at least paid out on consignment) this was only after numerous emails. Buyer beware as My job has a similar toll free number and I've had four people (just this year) call stating they want a refund. They said their LV bags purchased were replicas. I explained we aren't a consignment shop and gave them the correct number. I was scared to hear this myself, after purchasing from the site many times but won't be buying expensive items nor consigning anymore. You are better off with eBay.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t buy the high end items stick to lower end, use a coupon and don’t consign it’s not worth the consignment rate

My mom and I have sold on here for years, when they first opened and their fees were way less. I sell to help pay for her medical bills and the return policy was... a buyer can request within 4 days. If the item is accurate, Tradesy keeps it and relists the item, buyer gets a credit and seller gets paid. Now it seems I was not informed they changed this and buyers can return for any reason, they get a credit, Tradesy keeps the earnings since the buyer gets a store credit, item after inspection gets sent to seller. I won't get back for at least two weeks. Horrible policy, had I known I wouldn't have sold it. Item was listed with correct size, I was due to get paid out today and only now, 8 days later the buyer asked to return. When I contacted Tradesy, I asked about it being past the 4 day window, they said the policy change but also the buyer turned in a request the day it was received. However she has had it for 8 days and only today, over a week, shipped it to Tradesy. She states its too small for her now. How is this fair? Why wasn't it shipped within 24 hrs of applying for a return, if this is the 'new return policy?' What is Tradesy doing with the earnings then, if the buyer only gets a credit and we get the item back, most likely in a more worn condition.

Tip for consumers:
As a Seller don't sell here.

Great deal you just have to dig. Unfortunately I stopped using the app after they changed it and now won't show your old purchases. I've seen others complain about this. I hope they bring this back. I now shop in the stores instead, ones in California have some amazing finds.

They have by far the most intricate authentic on system. They don't take fakes and if somehow you send one, you get blocked. I've sold to them and it's been great, fast payment. I've also purchased many items and even use my payments towards them. My monogram neverfull came quickly, packaged nicely and cleaner then expected

I've sold and purchased and yes sometimes selling directly isn't as high as one imagined but they explained why and also paid quickly. I've also purchased bags and both came in better condition then expected. I think they have a better Authenticator then other sites.

I stopped shopping here after recently being hit with a $500 bill when my online order didn't show up. I had to fight with my cc and them, they wouldn't return emails or calls when I asked for help. I was polite and told them I was worried maybe it was lost in transit. I called back again finally got a manager who said ‘well it shows it was shipped.' They hung up. I then went down the store and no one would help. They had one person working the floor and one at the register. Customers were complaining about the long wait. On top of that I spoke to one lady, who order some Valentino shoes only to have them arrived in a very damaged box (wrong branded box) and the shoes were scratched heavily. She had been waiting in line for quite some time. Do yourself a favor and go to Nordstrom's or anywhere else.
