THEFT! Purchased a gift card on the advertised promise of "Immediate delivery". Nothing received hours later and I was about to miss the occasion, so had to order from Mac instead (much better retailer and service). Upon further investigation, I find out gift cards can take up to 48 hours, so are deliberately misleading customers. Requested refund, chased several times, being ignored and fobbed-off. Intentionally stealing money from customers. Go to Mac in stead!

I absolutely adore the magic cream and how good it is for my skin. I have been using it on and off for the past year and cannot say enough good things about it. Goes on easy, soaks in quickly and provides a great base for your makeup or works well for days when you don't want to wear makeup. Overall I enjoy and recommend!

I ordered one of their ridiculously overpriced products for my daughter in law for Christmas. Wrapped in straight away and waited for Christmas day. Imagine my embarrassment when she opened her present to find all the packaging, tissue and glitz but not goods. Got on to CT as soon as I could. No explanation. Offered replacement or refund. Daughter in law wanted goods but I said some compensation was required. A measly 10% was offered from further purchases. So I need to spend more money to get a box of packaging? If CT think I will spend any more money with them they must be joking. To add insult to injury Evri have said there is a delay on sending replacement goods. Really? I mean….REALLY? What a shoddy company. If you have to buy anything from this company go to a shop. Having read many of the reviews it is likely you will get ripped off by this company. Try Clinique, Elizabeth Arden or any other company. Just not this one.

I'm really obsessed with my favorite primer - Wonderglow, so switching things up was nerve-racking. Since I can get really oily during the day, I usually avoid products that promote dew and glow, and I was almost sure this primer would be too much for me. I was wrong! It actually blended in really well with the cream, and I didn't look like a total grease ball at any point during the day. My foundation applied so smoothly on top of it, and I'm pretty sure it was a key player in maintaining the integrity of my makeup all day long.

Look elsewhere, you will regret it if you do.
We placed an order 1 month ago worth $600, we have repeatedly emailed these people and asked what is going on with our order, is it shipped, or when. They don't even have the decency to respond, you get the stupid automated reply within seconds, nothing after this.

Sadly under Covid some businesses couldn't careless, one goes another comes along.

Ordered 1 month ago, emailed for the past 2 weeks, and $600 out of pocket.

Zero customer care or service, best to look elsewhere and save yourself from this.

Having purchased a £161 gift box for a birthday gift for my daughter she discovered the mascara was devoid of any product. Beth H a senior customer supervisor refused to replace, reimburse or compenstate us as the discovery was made post there 30 day returns rule. This was due to my daughter using up her previous mascarsa before opening the new product. Would not recommend buying their products as they have no regard for their customers. Shocking service.

Customer service is criminal. Made an online purchase November 23rd and the website arbitrarily changed my billing address, took payment from my credit card and then cancelled my order. I have called and emailed 7 times and nobody is qualified to help me or make it right. Absolutely disgusting service from a so called luxury brand. Brutal.

Being a luxury brand, Charlotte Tilbury definitely delivers the luxury make up experience. I ordered a variety of products from there (pictured here), these included the magic cream, the pillow talk lipstick and also the pillow talk lip liner. The magic cream is something that is incredibly hyped on the internet so was desperate to give it a try. It is a lovely moisturiser but is worth noting that it is quite thick. It is a lovely feeling on the skin and something that feels very expensive on the skin. The lip liner and lip stick are a perfect combination and one that I use very often in my daily routine. They both feel really nice and smooth on application. The lipstick is a matte lipstick but still feels quite creamy on the lips. The delivery of this was very good and efficient. Would highly recommend. The website also does quite a few bundle deals which are worth looking out for.

I've never been great with makeup but my friend is and she purchased the pillowtalk regular lipstick, as a gift for me. The original pink shade is great, it doesn't clash against my fair skin and keeps my lips moist. As someone who doesn't buy higher quality lipstick, this is pricey, however it does last a long time and is a great neutral for everyday.

Bought the Pillow Talk Lip Secrets - Global lip kit. It is such a beautiful kit for every day use. Provides the perfect Shine with Matte and Plumping look to the lips. These are Long Wearing lip products. I love the 'Pillow Talk' shade and the formula is just amazing. All are premium products. Worth buying. Satisfied with the service. Happy with my purchase.

Supposedly my order was delivered but I received nothing! Tried calling but it's automated with NO live person to talk to! Emailed with NO response… if something goes wrong with your supposed delivery you can just suck if up to loss of money cause no one can be reached! BTW there should be an option for O stars! Cause that's what I received ZERO

Every Charlotte Tilbury product that I've tried is beautiful, high-quality, and easy to use. It just makes applying your makeup a breeze, and you like yourself- just amplified.
Great products, in my everyday make up I use the palette of shadow coloure-coded, which I use as highliter, on my lips apart with my most lovely lipstick - pillow talk, so guys if you want to look like a star this brand is for you. Discover the magical world of pillow talk and fall in love with the iconic nude-pink, this tone fits me fantastic. Of course prices are nor so afordable, but this brand costs it.

Just received my Magic Cream limited edition with refill pot. I opened the jar to find about ¼ of the product missing. This is the second time I've received this product with the jar not full. The last time Charlotte Tilbury dismissed my issue and did nothing. At $200 I want every bit of cream in my jar.

I like the products but the returns are accepted but no refund follows. I returned an item on 9th May (I have InPost confirmation) and chased the refund several times. They state in an automatic email that returns take between 14-21 business days but it has been more than 30 working days and no refund or any communication from the company.

Their web site states one price and with promo code a discount and free samples, at checkout it auto takes your credit card and removes the promo code discount and free samples then when you attempt to contact customer service they state the customer did not checkout correctly. That's ridiculous, a bait and switch and there is no customer service here.
Don't be scammed.

The issue was not resolved and the agent merely repeated what was already obvious. She seemed to have lack of knowledge of conflict resolution and failed to offer alternative options.

Overall, the delivery was poor, the communication was poor and the customer service is poor.

I invested $500 on various Charlotte Tilbury products. I was so excited when I received the package and couldn't wait to try everything. Well, I did try everything and within hours I ended up in the ER with a severe allergic reaction! My eyes swelled almost shut and underneath my eyes were like water balloons. My eye lids were actually burnt. They still are. I DO NOT have sensitive skin and am NOT allergic to anything. My neck and decollate are all rashed and the rest of my face is covered in bumps. BAD product! Read the ingredients! THIS IS NOT A CLEAN PRODUCT!

I ordered a mascara and received 2 x sample mascara instead?
When I ordered it gave me the option to choose 2 free samples so I choose a mascara and the cream but my main order hasn't arrived
