I wanted to try at home IPL. I ordered from rose skin co. My order was delivered to wrong location. I was very disappointed as it was couriers mistake. I emailed customer services from rose skin n co. They were absolutely so helpful and sent me a new one which has arrived.their response was super quick I cannot wait to use it! So excited to use my product and see how it goes. Thank you again

What can I say about this product? Let's start by talking about their customer service which I am very pleased with they went above and beyond for me. Cause my product got lost with no fault of them hahah my USPS fault but I contacted the owners roseskin telling them my product hasnt arrived to me but was delivered to a wrong address they were so professional and worked with me even offering to replace it for me which I felt so bad for it. But lucky it showed up after few days which I was so happy about. Excellent customer satisfaction. Thank you guys on that! And I cant comment on the product yet cause I recently just got it in couple weeks I will give update on it. If you want to purchase from them go ahead you in good hands I can promise you that!

Hi Roseskin, I received my package on Monday and will enjoy putting the products to the test tonight after work.

The only issue I had when ordering was that it said these additional items would be free while stocks last.

When I added them, they were not free and charged additionally. I tried to delete them as I only needed the device, but it wouldn't allow me to, so I decided I wanted the device I'll just take it all.

The lumi IPL did not work for me. I used it after every 2-3 days as suggested and i saw no difference. I would suggest to skip this.

Came intact but came almost a month after i ordered it

Received the goods from Australia so very happy used the product already leaves my legs smooth

This product PERMANENTLY RUINED MY SKIN. It took me a long time to review because I felt helpless and extremely upset with the results after using the Lumi IPL hair remover.

I am olive/tan skin toned and I absolutely loved my skin. It was a beautiful color. However, this laser literally removed the pigment from my skin IN STRIPES. So I basically looked like a zebra or a self-harm survivor. It's embarrassing and I had to pay out of pocket to talk to medical spa's and see what they could do for me, which was nothing. They told me hypopigmentation is one of the hardest things to treat because of the loss of melanin. I wish I never used this product.

Needless to say I am horrified by this product and I will never use it again. I'm not even sure if a refund would make me happy because I am forever scarred by this laser and will eventually have to pay out of pocket to attempt to fix all the hypopigmentation. This product created A LIFELONG problem and affects my self-esteem every single day.

Also, THERE WAS NO WARNING ON THE LABEL OF THIS EVEN BEING A POSSIBILITY. Hypopigmentation was NOT a side effect or no warning of using a higher level could lead to LOSS OF PIGMENTATION with this laser. I never even used the highest level which was the upsetting part because I followed the directions and then one day I noticed little scars from where I used the laser, woke up the next day and it was completely white.

You have been warned! Pictures don't even do it justice! By the way, these stripes are all over BOTH arms and legs, so the photos I'm posting aren't even all of the hypopigmentation

It had been good already noticing the difference..
