The most difficult part of using my Lumi is keeping track of what days I'm repeating the application of the device. I've only had it for a week, but as a person with a lot of unwanted hair, I cannot wait to see if the effort pays off.
At first there was a problem with shipping as there was not 1 product available, but someone contacted me early on and told me that it would take a few weeks for it to be available.
But I already have all my products with me
Ive been using the product for one month now, I use it once a week on my body and every 4 days on my face. I have noticed less hairs popping up on my face, but theres been no difference that I can tell on my legs and arms. I will continue using it and review again in another month.
The very first time I pressed the 'power' button it got stuck & would not turn off. The power button also controls the intensity level, so now that its stuck in, it also rotates through the intensity levels.
Also, this item took a month to get delivered to me, and the item was being shipped within the same state as far as I could tell. A month is a very long time to travel 3-4 hours.
I need to return this already.

Easy and simple! Customer service is quite responsive! It took about 2 and a half weeks to get my IPL handset. Once I used the handset on the lowest setting, it was such a breeze! I can't wait to see the results!
No issues with placing of order. And when the tracking number was not emailed, I reached out to your Instagram and they helped me to check it out. The package came all in order but the box was a tad dented. I was also sad to see that I did not get the free giveaway. I guess stock was out.

The delivery was really fast. I was really surprised because I am from Morocco and usually, international purchases take a while to arrive. I still cannot make a review about the product since I have just tried it once.
The purchase experience on the website was smooth. The shipping took 3 weeks to arrive to destination (Germany). It was a big confusing at the beginning, since I got a notification a few days after the purchase, saying that the packet had already arrived at the destination city. However, one week later the notification disappeared and the package was re-shipped
I actually think it may be faulty, on the second use it started making a noise. It Maybe the fan but it did not work the first time and over heated Debating returning it for a refund just not got round to it. Would not recommend.
A device that is so user friendly and doesn't let you waste a flash! If it isn't against your skin properly it won't flash which i think is great!

I have only used it once up until now but aI'm excited to be using it in the upcoming time. The laser doesn't hurt at all and it's done really easily and quick, which is amazing and practical. The only thing is that the machine is really loud while it's on, but it doesn't really bother much.
We ordered the product as it was promoted as being one of the best for hair removal. The Web site stated 90-day money-back and no cist to return.
Not true - I have been trying since our 80th day to get them to refund and alnd allow us to return the product. I communicated to their customer care team through Email (only way to contact them) and after them saying we will add another month to your 90-days I continued to ask for a refund and a prepaid shipping label to return and get my refund. They have gone silent and I am unable to get them to respond.
Do not purchase any products, as they will not honor their return policy if you find (as we did) the product is not performing as you expected.
I have used the laser for twice a week for 4 weeks on my lower legs and have seen no results as of yet. I will continue to try it out until the 12 week mark as the website offers a refund if still unsatisfied after 12 weeks. I will adjust my review if my results improve.
It took a while, the tracking number was incorrect when I tried to track it in the delivery webpage... So I had no idea on the status... I actually wrote an email to see what happened with my order and suddenly it arrived to my house that same day.
Works awesome. I purchased it mostly for my upper lip and i have noticed a huge difference since using this. I used to have to get threaded every 3 weeks, im now about a week and half since i last used it and hardly any hair growth
From 2nd time of use (intensity 2) onwards, it doesn't deliver pulses all the time when it's pressed in manual mode or when it's in position on automatic mode. The lag between pulses can be initiated gets longer with higher intensity. Is it normal? Or product faulty? Takes too much time to finish treatment...
Customer service very good in terms of asking questions before purchase. Website and purchase easy to do. Product arrived fine. Product easy to use. So far so good, but will have to wait several weeks for results!
I got 2 total "zaps" out of this product. The first time I tried it, it worked only 2 separate times, then never again. I've watched multiple tutorials and have read the instructions numerous times to confirm I am using the device correctly, and I am. It's just a faulty product not worth the price, unfortunately.
