I've used this device 11 times already. No results. Zero. Also, the light flash is delayed sometimes - I have to push the button several times to have a flash. I really wanted to like it. But I will wait

My item was ready for delivery last thursday May 6,2021. The delivery man asked for the location and i sent it to him. But he never arrive or contact me. When I called him, he told me he is already far from my location. And he will deliver on saturday. Yesterday, i called him he said he is on rest day and don't know who will deliver it. I keep on calling them to update and they kept on delaying the delivery. Today I called again because they might forget again to deliver it.

Easy to order. I wanted to use the laser hair removal method and I saw the advertisement on Snapchat and how the people reviewed it that it's easy and affective solution so I decided to try it and I'm using it now and waiting for the results

Was easy to purchase the product. Instructions on how to use the machine were not included in my box. It was just the machine and the plug. Received it one week ago, used it once and very easy to use.

My experience with roseskinco is so good. I have been using it for almost 3 weeks in a row, and i am very much happy with the product. The hairs of my hand are decreasing so fast. While for the legs it's taking time. But i am so happy.

I'm not looking to be negative, my opinion really doesnt mean anything "wrong", I was excited for this purchase until I noticed it WILL be shipped from China. I would of canceled my purchase but it was already in transition, it felt like it would be a huge inconvenience for anyone to correct my issue. I am interested in the product but I would of rather known that it's coming from China. Maybe later through time my opinion could end up more positive but we shall see!

I just finished my 3rd week using this laser. So far, I am loving it. I can tell that it should be effective. There is already a reduction in how my hair grows. I anticipate seeing a big reduction by the end of 12 weeks and then looking forward to monthly use. It is easy to use. I have only gone up to level 2 so far. I plan to increase to level 3 next week and stay there for a few weeks. It does get warm but isn't super painful. I am sure it will be less comfortable I increase the intensity but after waxing, I will learn to handle it. For the price, you cannot beat the results. This device is less expensive than a session of waxing. I gave it a try because of the price and though I love waxing, I had that I have to have hair growth. I cannot deal with that in the summer months. So grateful for this!

The shipping was extremely slow, but their website and the order confirmation number both state that there are delayed shipping times so I wasn't too upset with that. It took about a month to get here, I emailed customer service just to check in, they were very nice, helpful, and responded in a timely manner. The packaging was good quality, nothing was damaged. I haven't really used it but one time since I got it (2days ago) so I can't comment on how well the Lumi works, but excited to see!

I received the Lumi IPL Hair Removal handset fairly quickly. It was packaged well, I was super excited to start using it... but it is not working as it should. It does turn on, but I can't change the intensity level, I can't change to a different light pulse setting, and the light pulse completely stops working after about 20-25 zaps. So, I will be putting in a call to customer service to see what can be done.

I ordered this on 3/15 and just got it this week... about April 10. Th It wasn't even sent out until I called to inquire and cancel the order since they dropped the ball. I was told that wasn't possible since it was processed (and sitting there). Disappointed in the company. I will start to use it and see how it works but I am not as excited as I was. Perhaps I'll feel differently once I start using it.
