My review on their website never appeared. My package never arrived. I had to file claim with Afterpay.

The day of delivery I was working in my kitchen next to the front door and a window. No one ever came by. As soon as my package was marked as delivered I emailed the company. No response. At this point I filed a claim with Afterpay.

I tried contacting the company on social media after leaving a public comment and they answered.

They claimed they sent me another email which I never got.

They said they would make an exception for me to get a refund but they needed a lost item case number from the shipping company. The shipping company never responded to me.

The item came from China which isn't bad but it's not disclosed obviously on the website. Rose skin co sent me their shipping policy they won't cover damaged items which I'm sure would happen occasionally on the items long journey from China to USA. Not that mine was damaged. Mine never arrived.

I was never able to get a refund through roseskinco but they never responded to Afterpay so Afterpay refunded me.

At some point rose skin co also emailed me saying there was a new order for an ipl charger and they promptly cancelled it. I wonder if the chargers break down often and they assumed that was my issue.

This is a shady company and they have an even shadier delivery company. Do not risk your money.

Shopping experience was very pleasant! Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and sent me regular updates on where my order was and the post office was on strike and I couldn't track it properly. Couldn't fault the service!

I purchased the Hair removal handset and it just does not work, as as per their terms and conditions I contacted them to arrange a refund. I sent the product back and they advised when the handset arrived and I provided them with the tracking number and proof of delivery they would process the refund. As soon as I emailed them the proof of delivery their replies have stopped and no refund.

DO NOT BUY this product I am sure it is a scam.

I think they should update their website to say to expect delays in all orders. For my order, it said it would take 3-4 business days to process the order. I ordered on a Sunday messaged that Friday, got a response and it was processed on that following Tuesday. The customer service was a wonderful and fast response. My only meh feeling is the item was given a tracking number for USPS and USPS for two solid weeks said it was waiting to receive the item after that Tuesday. The item said it was coming from California and I live in California so I wasn't sure what was taking so long. I was giving it a solid 14 business days before sending another message but that day I received my item. Love the items that I ordered. Just wish they would update their processing details to say delays on all items, not just preorder items.

Ordered this for gifts, and they got stuck in transit, and when I contacted RoseSkinCo to help, they got right on it and found them & I received them right away. Was very pleased with their customer service!

I just used 2 times and it gets very hot and in one occasion i burned my skin I dont know if it's normal, and I dont know if kts good to raise the level, because I use level 2 and the device gets very hot

Was easy throughout the whole process of buying their IPL lazer handset, also with their free shipping (which I am greatful for) their was no confusing extra fees and arrived on time between their suggested delivery date.

Easy buying and coming from Hong Kong, not bad on delivery times. I cannot rate the product yet, as I have only used it once, but will provide feedback after 12 weeks.

Easy to find what I'm looking for & of course the discount that gave me and fast delivery service even though I stay in Africa. Excellent customer service.

It was good, I received updates about my package and it arrived as expected. I can't rate the product yet because it's been too little time to judge results.
