Been a member for almost 2 years and have never had one serious issue! Questioned a shipping delay (due to COVID of course) and within 30 minutes of sending my email I had a response and tracking info! Customer service is great, their products even better! I truly enjoy my monthly subscription!

If you're looking for an affordable monthly subscription, that's new, different ent, affordable and flexible. LiveGlam is it! They offer three different subscriptions, one for makeup brushes, one for eye shadow palettes, and one for lips, they carry lip liners, lipsticks, lip gloss, lip scrubs and so much more! If there's ever something you dislike from the collection you can always switch/swap, change& or skip the collection. You get to manage when you get billed. Their customer support team is the best, they are kind, patient, generous and very respectful the staff will go out of their way to please your needs, they will even check up on you after words to reassure the situation. Best company out there I'm glad I decided to join!

Application of lipsticks is smooth, shades are so pretty and pigmented, best of all its doesn't leave a sticky clumpy mess on your lips, I love them. Vegan. And. Cruelty free! Can't ask for anything better. I'm on the auto shop program and I cannot wait for my next shipment.

Such a great Beauty subscription! I love how you can choose which club to join from lipsticks, eyeshadow palettes or Beauty brushes. I love how you can skip a month, swap out the collection or simply trade a product. They have such beautiful collections and amazing Collaborations with well known Beauty Gurus. They also offer reward points that can be redeemed for Beauty tools or makeup. Very convenient to get it shipped to your home. It literally feels like Christmas or your birthday each month. Highly recommended it for those who want to venture into makeup or grow their Beauty tools.

I'm in love with these brushes. It would cost me so much more to actually leave the house and buy each brush individually. Not only do I get high quality brushes but they are delivered right to my door. As someone that is disabled it takes a fair bit of energy and time to wander into a store.

This is honestly one of the best subscriptions I've ever joined - every brush I've received so far has been great quality, super soft and doesn't shed. The only downside is there isn't enough variety. I've gotten a lot of blending brushes which is great, however it would be awesome if we got more face brushes, or detail brushes! Either way, you're getting your moneys worth.
