I am a new subscriber to live glam brushes club.
I have purchase a couple of products the brush part falls off as im putting product on and other brushes that are very wonderful. I am excited to receive morphe products how ever in very surprised with the quality.
Thousands of people have gotten fraudulent charges around a month or 2 after signing up from liveglam. Same thing happened to me. In total, $4056 was charged to my card. They are from at&t in Texas along with some vendors in China. I live in California... luckily my bank caught it before i did, and they confirmed to me that the fraudulent charges came directly from LiveGlam. I decided to look further into it and THOUSANDS, and i do mean THOUSANDS, of people have had the same or similar experiences. The founder of the company is known for shady business practices. Just google his name and so many articles of him doing illegal things w past businesses come up.

I ordered the Les Do makeup palette when it launched. At first everything was great fast shipping and everything. It delivered with a broken shade and when I reached out the LiveGlam they were very helpful. However it's been about a week since I sent back my palette and I still have not received my replacement. Great company though with helpful customer service. Just wish I had my palette

I placed an order and then realized I could subscribe and get the lippies for a better price and free shipping so I immediately contacted customer service through text message and they didn't care to try and help me fix the issue and said we can't change anything. So this will definitely be the last time I order from them.

The product is good but the customer services is bad. You message or email customer services and they don't get back to you for days. By then it is to late to make any changes or adjustments to your account. They don't take returns either. The trade option in case you decide to trade something is not worth the money. Please do your research before you spend your money.
Customer service never has a resolution. I've emailed, and reached out via social media. Their respond is just copied and pasted

Liveglam is a makeup subscription that gives you a few random products monthly including makeup brushes, lip products from lip gloss to lip liners, lipsticks, and Lip scrubs, eyeshadow palettes, lashes, and nails!

For someone who never wore lipstick and new to the game I have instantly fallen in love with Live Glam's lippies. Got me out here looking beautiful. The best part is the compliments from others when I'm rocking my lipstick colors.

Best quality brushes for inexpensive price! Also love that they include all collections of morphe and not just the original collection! Amazing products and highly recommended for people trying to build their brush collection on a tight budget!
I am always so excited to receive my little black envelope. This service is great whether you are a beginner in makeup or just a hoarder LOL. They are always on time and packaged very nicely along with a nice insert of how you can use your brushes.
I am beyond happy with my Morphe Me experience! I have received some really amazing brushes that are all of excellent quality. I also really like that I have never received any duplicates. This is such a great way for aspiring makeup artists or just for makeup lovers in general to grow their brush collection without having to break the bank to do so. It's extremely affordable and I promise you won't be disappointed.
Worth 20 dollars a month! I love this subscription so much! Customer service is also so great, I really appreciate the employees they have working on the site to answer all questions, makes it feel very comfortable
Being a mom with little ones is hard to go makeup shopping. So products like these that are great in color, long lasting wear & textures are super fun! Not to mention they get delivered to your front door. Always a plus. The variety they have monthly are like no others. Hands down the best lip glosses. Worth every penny.
I am very satisfied with both my LiveGlam membership subscriptions. I once had an issue where I did not receive my free lippy when I initially joined, I contacted customer service they immediately sent me a replacement. They were attentive and professional.

If you have not signed up for their monthly subscription for morphe brushes, you are totally missing out. This has been my all time favorite monthly subscription ive ever had, its about to an year already, and cant be more happy. The best part is that their customer service reps are the best, no matter how big or small your problem is they always have a positive solution for you. I recently signed up for their new polish me subscription and an issue and within minutes it was resolved, im suppose to be getting both my brushes and polishes delivered today, and im so excited.
I'm so in love with these lippies. The colors are amazing and stay put all day! I received free shipping and the time frame was great. Customer service is great also. I will no longer search for the perfect lipstick as I've finally found it!

Love getting different brushes each month with the sticker and cute details on how to use it. Their customer service is excellent and very professional! I had an issue where I was charged three times for something and without hesitation, I got the money back!
This company isn't like another other makeup subscription. It's unique by having three different subscriptions to choose from: lip products, brushes, and eyeshadow. I'm more of a lipsticks girl so I subscribed their lipsticks. If you don't like what's you're getting for the month you can swap it with precious products. Well it was my first month and I'm not sure if they give me this option for the first time. This is a great first experience. They shipped pretty fast too.

They’ve been bundled up in plastic since they left the factory and haven’t had a chance to bend, flex and shed any loose hairs. However, if your brand new brush sheds bristles in big clumps or the ferrule feels loose to the touch, please send us an email at support@liveglam.com and we're happy to blend this out for you.
