The customer service is TERRIBLE! Ive been trying to get my money back for 4 months for clothing I never received and items I received, were all incorrect. Rosegal doesnt have a working number. All the clothing is overseas so if you have to return you have to pay to ship to China. Its very expensive to ship back and not worth the money. Rosegal makes money either way even if they ship you the wrong clothing because they know you will not ship back.


The product is good but the customer services is bad. You message or email customer services and they don't get back to you for days. By then it is to late to make any changes or adjustments to your account. They don't take returns either. The trade option in case you decide to trade something is not worth the money. Please do your research before you spend your money.
