I'm enjoying it so far, but there is a learning curve and I'm still in it. I've lost a few savings opportunities by not knowing about the time clocks & a few of my potential rebates that were clicked on disappeared when I tried to submit them. Now, as soon as I'm in the store, I check Ibotta to see if my rebates are still present & clicked on; then as soon as I get in the car, I submit before they disappear. That's part of the learning curve. I used to wait until I got home or even the next day, but no more. I'm hopeful it will continue to get better & better. I learn more about the site all the time.
CVS delivery offers the convenience of receiving healthcare products and prescriptions at your doorstep. The plus side is the accessibility of ordering essential items online. Additionally, their delivery service ensures timely arrival of medications and healthcare essentials. However, there are drawbacks to consider. Delivery times can be inconsistent, with some orders experiencing delays without clear communication. Furthermore, issues with order accuracy and packaging have been reported, leading to dissatisfaction among customers. Overall, while CVS offers convenience, improvements in delivery reliability and order accuracy would enhance the overall service.
The various CVS pharmacies I've been to always seem understaffed. It is difficult to get good care because of understaffing. I've heard I will no longer be able to phone CVS and reach a human. When my doctor renews my prescriptions, I'm having them sent elsewhere.
Corporate CVS It's obvious that you dont value your customers at the pharmacy. I've transferred my prescription three times now, and at each location, I have to wait upwards of thirty minutes in the store or drive through. Its not a peak time issue as I have tried on several ocassions different times. Your employees are consistently courteous and diligent in their efforts to assist the customer. It's also clear that you don't value your staff because nobody should work nonstop at their job dealing with irate clients. You run a multimillion dollar corporation, so stop being so avaricious and straighten things out.
We realized we were being billed approximately $5.00 a month for Extra care. Apparently when my wife was at CVS buying medical supplies she was signed up for Extra Care. CVS has no documentation that she signed for the program. She probably indicated when asked if she wanted a discount and she would have of course say yes. Also, to sell at the counter to someone buying Chemo supplies and is about 70 does not sound like it is anyone's best interest. After, almost an hour on the phone it appears we may get a refund.
My doctor called in my meds to be refilled. I've been on these meds for 15 years. 2 days later I go to cvs to pick up the medicine. They tell me that they are waiting for insurance approval. I said I need the meds cause I am out so I will pay cash for the medicine. Then they proceed to tell me that I can't get the meds unless I have authorization from doctor to pay for the medication with cash. The doctor is the one who prescribed the medication. I'm sure he doesn't care how it's paid for.
CVS Pharmacy web site is the WORST! I can never speak to a pharmaist. They almost never get my prescriptions right. They do not validate that my medication is covered by my insurance. My doctor's office called in my latest precripts FOUR times and they still do not show them.
Can anyone recommend a good pharmacy in Katy Texas?
Thanks, FRUSTRATED
Last night my husband went to CVS in Edgewater, FL. Our dog was seriously ill and we just needed one of the liquid medication syringes they give for free to get some water in to him. Because he was not getting a prescription they refused to give him one, he asked if they had them in the store to purchase or if he could just purchase the ones they give away but they refused. So he drove down the street to Walgreens in Edgewater, FL and they were not only happy to help, they gave him 3 different ones to try. I will be cancelling my Extra Care subscription with CVS and will only go to Walgreens now. Very disappointed in their lack of empathy and willingness to help their valued customers.
Kudo's Walgreens, you just gained a new faithful customer!
I can't speak for all CVS products, but I bought their water flosser, and it was very poor quality. It only lasts for a few months to a year, and not even. The first time I bought it, it worked fine for a few months and then just like that it stopped working. I changed the batteries and tried to fix it, but it simply just would not work so I had to buy a new one. When I bought the new one, it worked fine for a few months. I changed the batteries, kept it clean and enjoyed it for a few months and then one day it had low performance, so I changed the batteries and cleaned it, and used it and then I tried to turn it off, but it wouldn't turn off, so I slammed it down and then it just stopped working like that. It is simply a bad product. A warranty should not be that short for a water flosser. I know that because, years ago, I used the Water Pik water-flosser and that worked well for years so I am going to buy that one again and I think that you should too. Take my advice, be careful what kind of water flosser you buy and don't buy the CVS brand one because it is no good.
I went to CVS today, the one on ******* Seco Canyon Rd, Santa Clarita. Employee name Kaylane provided terrible costumer service. She was not interactive, not helpful at all, not interactive, no eye contact, she looked like she had not had a shower for a week. She was unwilling to help out or answer questions when we asked her about rewards. She was in a bad mood. We go there often and this is the second time we receive terrible costumer service. This particular store might need a serious costumer service review. I would suggest giving some of these young employees costumer service training. Remind them body language and appearance is important. There is a lot of CVS store around SCV, I would rather go to a different one from now on.
Tonight, I went to CVS and while I'm looking at the pens and pencils there is this employee that is constantly following my husband and I around. I have never been so upset about a employee at any store I have visited. This guy kept watching us just being rude and really made me want to take my business elsewhere. I get my medicine filled there and do a lot of shopping for my face wash and other hygiene products but i am not a thief and don't have a clue as to why this guy kept following us around especially when there was people up front that was ready to be checked out.
Just out of the hospital where my cardiologist changed my prescription for a medication that, ironically had been delivered during my hospital stay. Operator was willing to send a return label but her supervisor denied it because "it had been renewed via the internet". What a lame and uncaring response especially since CVS got the prescription for the replacement medication. Advice: stay away from CVS. They don't care about you.
The customer service is trash and people are low IQ. Seriously, social media has created a society of narcissism and these dumb people working at chain stores now think they are celebrities and need to give everyone attitude problems. I don't care if you have 500 Instagram followers, just ring me up and move along. No one cares about you.
I hate the new CVS self serv checkout. I've been in multiple stores & while the cashier is stocking shelves has yelled "self service is available"! What she's really saying is 'don't disrupt me, I'm busy'
If I wanted to check myself out-I'd apply for a job.
Good thing Walgreens is on the other corner. That's where I'll be.
I didn't add a proof of purchase because I had driven my 90 year old mom there to pick up a script. She doesn't know how to self check.
I was forced to change pharmacies because mine shut down. I've been in CVS 3 times and each time there have been problems. Whether it's the staff, the computers, my discount card, or the medicine being out of stock. The staff appear to be young, under qualified, confused, one guy had pants sagging off his butt, they mumble, don't smile, make eye contact, don't say please or thank you or explain anything! This place gives me anxiety attacks! I hate it. Seriously considering paying extra money and going to Walmart. They are super busy too, but at least they know what they're doing! I would not recommend CVS to anyone. Worst experiences in retail, EVER!
CVS treats employees like garbage. Employees don't get lunch breaks, eat standing up when they can. Pharmacist had a verbal warning for take a 15 minute lunch break to eat after working ALL day. Pharmacists are asked to work well over hours creating exhaustion and that's where mistakes happen. Inclement weather they make it mandatory for employees to come in, even after employees voiced concerns, risking their lives. Gave customers wrong prescriptions, duplicated some. Someone needs to step in, this place doesn't care about people customers or employees. Director actually told an employee he doesn't care it's about the numbers.
I shop often at cvs on mammoth rd in Manchester nh. The store clerks are always kind and helpful. Summer who was working tonight went out of her way(above and beyond) to help me. Masson is so nice also.
Cvs.com tried 3 times to deliver toiletries I had ordered for a family member. They messed up the order every time, twice sending it back without emailing or telling me. After four weeks of hassling with their customer service department, I asked for a refund and reordered film Walmart. The order arrived in two days.
This location practices racial profiling. A black security officer follows me and other black patrons around the store within seconds of entering it. He trails the aisle we are visiting, invoking fear and intimidation with his police vest. Last week, I was shopping for basics items (maxi pads, soap, and coffee) and the officer was right on my heels, as if in stalker mode. I frowned and shook my head in disgust. I'm a cheerful five-year resident of Mount Vernon and recent graduate of Johns Hopkins, yet this officer treats me and other black neighbors like criminals. The experience is demoralizing. CVS can do better. Awful, absentee manager. He should be replaced along with a more modern, discreet surveillance method. Until then, I will patronize Campus Pharmacy on North Calvert. The Indian storekeeper is classy and super friendly!
Location: 934 N Charles Street, Baltimore MD *******
Since this page seems to be referring to CVS.COM and not their physical stores, I'll speak to my web site experience. Unless deeply discount via a special offer CVS.com is much higher than other online competitors. However, even worse, their shipping is PAINFULLY SLOW. I have ordered a number of times when a good deal can be had. If I order from Drugstore.com my order ships in 24 hours (or less) and I have it in 2 days or so. CVS.com can take 3-4 days just to ship an order normally and then you have to endure another 4+ days as UPS slowly moves the package from what seems to be their one distribution center to your home. Maybe you're lucky if you live near it... I don't. They need to get the orders out the door much faster and being such a large company have a few distribution centers like many online retailers so orders don't have to go half-way across the country. I am surprised they haven't tested their competitors and seen how far they lag behind.
Answer: I have tried to speak to someone in their corporate office because I wasn't getting anywhere trying to reach a district manager or someone who was outside of the actual store since the manager was the problem and I was ignored just the same. I think they are so recognized and dominate so much of that market that they can afford to just let people complain and not do anything. I use Walgreen's even though they are a little more expensive I like that they treat their cus6with respect and they also respect their customer's privacy. The manager at the CVS near me called to verify my prescription on speakerphone up front so everyone could hear. I honestly believe they do not care if customers complain.
Answer: NOPE! CVS PRODUCTS ARE MARKED UP 3 TIMES HIGHER, THAN FOOD LION, BJs, WALMART, AMAZON. BED BATH BEYOND, WALGREENS, YOU CAN BUY THE SAME PRODUCTS AT THESES PLACES WITHOUT A COUPON AND GET IT CHEAPER!
Answer: Yes will never order online again very disappointed with the horrible cust svc
Answer: Can't wait for Amazon to get into pharmacy goods. CVS customers will flock to their service!
Answer: 10-20 minutes if you are picking up a prescription that's already filled (wasting in line). 30-45 if you drop it off + your normal 10-20 minutes in line.
Answer: Yes, you should do such!
CVS has a rating of 2 stars from 417 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with CVS most frequently mention customer service, next day and several times. CVS ranks 4th among Pharmacy sites.
