I have used several of there pharmacies and they NEVER have my medication in stock. When you have chronic illness that is not a good business! So had to switch to a new pharmacy. If you need reliable service fast do not use CVS pharmacy!
We came in to take passport photo for my two kids and the sales associate said she wont do baby picture because she is too small, so we went to another cvs location and lady took pictures in 5 minutes no problems and no excuses
They filled a prescription when I was very ill. My husband picked it up, brought it home and read the "warning" labels on it; then gave it to me. There was NOT a label stating this had to be taken with food and no one at CVS had bothered to inform him of this. Since we had no knowledge of this I had not eaten before taking it. I ended up extremely nauseous, dehydrated and in the hospital. CVS will not respond to my messages/complaints. They should not be allowed to hold a pharmacy license! As busy as Walmart pharmacies are, they always give you a consult and be sure you know how to properly take the prescriptions. That CVS gets away with this uncaring negligence is a travesty.
Unprofessional have no idea what they're doing they need to hire more educated people to run the pharmacy. 60-year-old male been getting medicine for 30 years worst professional employees ever seen Bozeman CVS.
They take no responsibility for their errors because of course they are perfect. There have been way to many hassles with them filling my prescriptions in a timely manner. Robo call tells you it's ready and half the time it's not. Some of their employees are very rude without consequence
Late! Rescheduled multiple times! Still waiting! The worst experience ever. When called to get answers, just blew off as "just wait" by the first rep. The second rep/supervisor gave no compensation or guarantees he was like "oh well"! Never will I ever do this again! UPS and CVS don't mix! CVS stop using UPS it make you look bad. You used FedEx and there was no problems. Finally talked to a 3rd Rep, and she called UPS and got on their head on their practices. That was enough for me, because atleast something was done!... but still waiting. When product arrive, they are giving me a refund
CVS charges $8.99 for a family size box of Cheerios
18 ounces. That is outrageously price gouging and about $4.00 higher than any other store. Most of the boxes on the shelf were damaged, they were either crushed or split down one side because the box was poorly glued.
Rude staff, short staffed, no customer service. Even the providers can't reach the pharmacy to call in an order! There was a "supplier issue" resulting in several medications not being available for weeks. Do you think they offered to help by calling other pharmacies? NO. You can transfer your prescriptions online from other pharmacies or between CVS pharmacies, however, they will NOT transfer existing prescriptions to competitors. They just suck all the way around. CVS at 500 Knox Abbott Rd., Cayce, SC ******* has to be THE worst! Especially the useless blond pharmacist that works there. She is clueless and rude and has no empathy.
Called in AM. left phone on. Phone got a responce some 6 hours later. They need to hire more CS reps, pay their phone bill, replace their execs, or give it up to companies that can handle pharmacy and other matters regarding CVS.
This CVS is in need of better customer service. The two pharmacists at this location have no desire to help out to customer's needs. Very rude and no sense of time. Very incompetent in dealing with customers. One of the male reps was eating and drinking very sloppy for a pharmacy completely disgusting. In ending I would never visit this location ever again and would warn future customers do so as well. This Pharmacy is a joke!
If I could give them less then 1 star I would.
I called needing to speak with Pharmacist. Waited for 7 minutes on hold. Pharmacist picked up the phone and said we are closing call back tomorrow.
This is not the first problem I have had with them. Boycott them. I am will not do anything with them!
I have been shopping on the CVS website as well as in store for years... I am an ExtraCare Plus member (pay a fee monthly or yearly and receive $10 ExtraCare bucks added to your account monthly)... At times I have had trouble with coupons, but the CVS reps can see the mistake and help with it... I'm not sure what the issues are now with CVS... I placed an online order for pick up and utilized the coupons/ExtraCare bucks attached to my account... The deal I thought I was getting was spend $30 get $10 ExtraCare bucks back... I spent over $30 and got 13 cents back, which was for basically shopping at CVS... I contacted the CVS ExtraCare 800 number and the rep Lilly stated I shouldn't have used my coupons... I explained I always utilize my coupons/ExtraCare bucks once everything is added to the cart whether I am shopping in store, online, or online for store pick up... I also explained whether you're shopping in store or online, the system doesn't ask if you want to utilize coupons until right before you make your payment... Lilly continued to state once my coupons/ExtraCare bucks were used that made my total go below $30... I was like of course my total went below $30 after utilizing my coupons/ExtraCare bucks, and it states as long as my total is $30 or more before any coupons/taxes are added my reward is granted... I asked Lilly if I couldn't utilize coupons/extra bucks on my account what's the point in being awarded them; furthermore, why do I pay a yearly fee to CVS to receive a $10 extra bucks coupon monthly... Lilly stated there was nothing he could do and asked if there was anything else he could help me with... I have never heard of not utilizing coupons/ExtraCare bucks that are attached to your account, and I was disappointed with CVS to say the least that they didn't even try to look into what the issue could have actually been...
My insurance company forced me to order a reoccuring prescription from CVS. At first I thought the home delivery would be convenient. But in my latest attempt it has been 5 days after my prescription refill request and they still haven't processed it. They claimed it was because my doctor's office had not contacted them. However, when I spoke to them they advised they had, in fact, spoken with CVS and immediately called them again. Yet, a full day later, still the order has not been processed. Since this is an essential medication to my health I am not at all satisfied with this disorganization and lack of urgency. If you are lucky enough to have the freedom to go elsewhere, do so!
In the past two weeks I interacted with Pharmacist Ben. On the first occasion, the pharmacist told me there is a new pneumonia medication and wondered if I had received it. I told him I was seeing my doctor at the end of the week and would inquire from him as to whether I should get it. Last week I picked up a medication and Pharmacist Ben had attached a memorandum calling attention to the fact that this drug may interact negatively with another I am taking. I emailed my doctor who replied that this caveat is true in some cases, but my dosage was so low that it is not a problem. In both cases I was so grateful that Pharmacist Ben, in the midst of a very busy practice, took time to speak with me and later attach a memorandum to my prescription. I am blessed to have such a caring pharmacist.
Horrible. Waited 20 minutes for an order they said they did not have after they texted me it was ready. Then the cashier was sooo rude about it. Also false advertise merchandise prices on their website. Be very careful
Placed an order with a special discount. Cvs canceled the order because they were out of the item. They offered a $5 off $30 vitamin purchase instead. Really? Contacted them. Not helpful. I had to pay for their mistake.
The pharmacist are the worst! Unpleasant to talk to, no respect, no compassion, cold as ice and I dread talking to them or asking questions very unpleasant, the only place in the valley you need appointment for flu shots, and if you make one you might wait for hours, there's always a long line people are always waiting for their medicine and stress out complaining what a horrible experience. Please note the associate's cashiers are very nice, I'm only complaining about the pharmacist in this CVS Mulholland store a collection of the worst people in one store? And the attitude is I'm a pharmacist and I don't give sh… about you how there you asking me, wait in line, needless to say a very bad experience avoid the pharmacy in this store or be unpleasantly surprised.
Can never get a prescription filled without some problems. They refill orders that are not auto refill. Say they don't have prescription refill orders when they do, just not looking, since doctor writes out a prescription for 1 month (dates them for each month until next recheck need for the medicine in 3 months) and sends to the pharmacy. Medication is one that shouldn't be stopped all at once.
They only 1 time admitted to this mistake.
Get so pissed off at them I could scream.
I used to go to cvs in Howell off of Golf Club and Grand River Ave. They are all terrible employees. Never nice! They all act like you are bothering them! My scripts were NEVER done on time. The last time I went in there I had had enough! I wasn't able to fill my script because of a mistake the pharmacy made. They just thought they would blame me instead of taking care of it! I was getting my antidepressants so it's not like I ever took extra! They told me to pay $200 out of pocket! I will NEVER step foot into another CVS! They are the absolute worst there!
I remember when you could call Customer Service and do a check by phone for my payment on my Charge account ever since they stopped that god knows why, I mail my payment early and the last few times it has taken longer for the to receive or if they do it just sits in their system. I need supplies and me being on Disability, Which is limited, I have to go without. I bet the reason they stopped that was because another person who had an account probably messed it up for everyone. Why should I suffer? I am very disappointed with they way they handle payments, they have jobs I don't I wish they would just the minute my check comes, please take care of it right away. I live in Bloomington, MN and Carol Stream IL is not that far. Please anyone respond to this. Pretty pissed off/
Answer: I have tried to speak to someone in their corporate office because I wasn't getting anywhere trying to reach a district manager or someone who was outside of the actual store since the manager was the problem and I was ignored just the same. I think they are so recognized and dominate so much of that market that they can afford to just let people complain and not do anything. I use Walgreen's even though they are a little more expensive I like that they treat their cus6with respect and they also respect their customer's privacy. The manager at the CVS near me called to verify my prescription on speakerphone up front so everyone could hear. I honestly believe they do not care if customers complain.
Answer: NOPE! CVS PRODUCTS ARE MARKED UP 3 TIMES HIGHER, THAN FOOD LION, BJs, WALMART, AMAZON. BED BATH BEYOND, WALGREENS, YOU CAN BUY THE SAME PRODUCTS AT THESES PLACES WITHOUT A COUPON AND GET IT CHEAPER!
Answer: Yes will never order online again very disappointed with the horrible cust svc
Answer: Can't wait for Amazon to get into pharmacy goods. CVS customers will flock to their service!
Answer: 10-20 minutes if you are picking up a prescription that's already filled (wasting in line). 30-45 if you drop it off + your normal 10-20 minutes in line.
Answer: Yes, you should do such!
