The CVS store at ******* S Cleveland Ave. Fort Myers has changed my prescription twice without any consultation. The first time I told them I only want the prescription my doctor ordered. I just ordered the same prescription again which they had to order and again they order a different product. The representative tells me there is no difference which is not true and doesn't even say we will order what your doctor prescribed. I called the store at 2403 Cleveland Ave. And they have it in stock. How can a store down the street stock it and the other not able to order in what the prescription calls for. Maybe the person in that pharmacy needs a little talk about the way they are doing business. I am done with ******* S Cleveland Ave.
3 people stood behind the pharmacy while they were trying to care for the only man in front of me. It was close to closing. I finally give her the money the man was short. The woman in charge was going back and forth with him about accepting a photo of his IID. She goes to ring him up and then goes oh the computer just went off. Sorry but I can't give either of you your scripts. It's 8 and my register is closed. No you can't pay at the cash register. Was it the 3 peoples first day? No one said it's about to shut down or will someone of the 3 standing around watching help the lady before they do? Totally flabbergasted at the lack of customer care
I give them three stars because they are in good locations, and the service is good but it REALLY bothers me that their beauty products are a lot more expensive. Some Maybelline lipsticks for example are $2-3 more than at Target or Walgreens... so not even the coupons make up for it...
There is never a time that I walk into their pharmacy and they have 7 or more people working the pharmacy but no one helping the customers. You can never think you can get in and get out. It has always taken a minimum of 20 minutes to pick up any of my prescriptions. There is never a time I can go in there and someone is not shouting or fighting with them because they have stood in line for over 20 minutes and still are not being helped. They do not run their pharmacies correctly and do not prioritize people's time. They are rude and don't think that the drive through is any better, you can be the only car there and wait 15-20 minutes after pressing the call button. I have called the store and been put on hold for 40 minutes. They are the worst.
Service is terrible, I do not fault the employees I blame CVS they are under staffed. I went after hours to find the poor pharmacist to be working by himself filling scripts, answering phones waiting on drive up and in store customers, talk about staff cuts unbelievable. But my main complaint and displeasure is not enough store locations, I basically have to travel out of my way to pick up my scripts my insurance carrier makes us go to cvs in order to benefit with our plan, Walgreens is around the corner within walking distance. It would be great if cvs would build a pharmacy in North Hammond, In the closest one is south Hammond, in. It really is out of my way. Same complaints from area neighbors who also have to go to cvs. Hopefully CVS will build in North Hammond, In *******
Was told I could pick my pills up at 11am. I went over at noon and was told it would be another 45 minutes. It's now 2 pm and I'm still waiting. Also your parking lot has lots of litter and trash. Doesn't CVS want customers?
I just want to give a grateful shout out to Alexis and Jared who consistently go above and beyond to help me in their store. During these stressful times these two are always kind, patient and very professional. It is always a pleasure to visit this store.

The call to C/S took about 18 minutes, on hold with hideous staticky music. C/S gave me the option to get a refund and purchase item somewhere else or wait indefinitely. I did not like either of those option. Since I was getting no satisfaction I finally opted for a refund. Why did your system allow me to order an item that was not available. I placed order on 02/01, the item was supposed to be delivered on 02/11. I called 02/13 to find out what's going on. Very poor business practices, do better CVS.
This place has gone downhill over the last year. The worst customer care of any business I've ever seen. Pharmacy staff are rude, and act as if they have better things to do than to help the customers. They should just close the drive thru because they are rarely there to help customers, and if they are there, they will make you wait hoping you will just leave. How does this place stay in business? We will be transferring our prescriptions to the Walgreens across the street.
I purchased from CVS website this morning, and that order was canceled for no reason at the noon. Then I checked their online stock, it is still available to purchase. So I called online customer service, I was put on hold many times and waited for more than 30 mins. The online team told me they can do nothing with this order. Then I was transferred to the extra care team, they verified everything about me, but didn't even able to give me back the coupon I used which is ridiculous. I am very disappointed about CVS
Awesome employees at CVS in Smithfield NC. I thought I had left my photos there and they were willing to reprint them. Come to find out they fell out of the bag in my car. I would recommend printing your photos there
CVS.com is one of my favorite shopping websites. They almost always offer free shipping in one way or another & their customer service is outstanding. They ship to APO addresses, & when my husband was in Iraq & Afghanistan, I regularly sent him shipments from CVS.com.
If I could get zero stars I would. I think this is a company that doesn't treat people fair especially there employees and will never care or change anything about it. They don't care what goes on in your personal life, if you've just worked 11 shifts in a row and no off days or you have to eat your lunch in between customers and you don't get an actually break, they don't allow chairs and complain if you try to schedule an off day. If you can't sell carepass (who wants to pay monthly for coupons to a drug store) then they cut your hours and tell you you're in danger of a right up if you don't borderline force people
To sign up for it. The managers are out of control and purposely get petty when they don't get what they want. There's only a select few that act like decent humans and they all get treated horribly.
I had a virtual interview at the cvs store in Seattle wa Queen Anne area with the hiring manager Human Resources & passed it was a few days before thanksgiving told her I am relocating to Seattle. So I passed the interview process I have a lot of experience basically over qualified. I was told she will send me a formal offer letter the next day to my email to accept to start the position. Which she never did I called and told that she will call me. Never gotten response then out of the blue I check the website says I wasn't selected for the position. I wish the he lady Natalie should've been honest instead of wasting someone time. Please avoid this place its not worth the headache and stress.
Recently purchased a hair color kit, not on sale, not a BOGO but the coupon didn't work. Long line, didn't want to ask for the manager. This has happened repeatedly to me. Not sure what that problem is CVS. No email address for me to complain to. You want me to call your 800 # or write a letter. Not happening. I get 5% off EVERYTHING at Target. Looks like I'll be shopping there from now on.
Pharmacist would not answer the phone, night manager was rude and refused to help. I needed a blood pressure medicine and she could not care less. The automated system was not working. Horrible service. This is not the first time and they have filled my prescriptions wrong before. They don't care.
I will no longer shop at CVS, but I'm writing this to alert others to an experience I've had numerous times. I receive frequent emails from CVS offering discounts for online orders. Not once though, have I been successful at actually receiving the discounts. The last straw took place today when I received an email offering 30% off of selections in the entire online store (exceptions which were noted in the "details" section.) Even though I carefully read the 'details' and was certain that I had selected eligible items, no discount was applied. I tried to call CVS, but after 'holding' way too long, finally gave up and hung up. This is false advertising and I intend to file a complaint with Connecticut's Consumer Protection Bureau.
So, to get to the online CVS prescriptions, I first have to sign in. Okay. Then I need to verify who I am with a birthday and a code sent to my phone. Okay. Then I'm asked to do it again. Why? I don't know. And when I finally get to the pharmacy page, nothing I click on pertaining to prescriptions loads. And it's been that way for a month or more. Even though I have to go through the same triple checking on my phone, even with face recognition, it works there. But not on my desktop, which is what I prefer. Bottom line is digital access to CVS is useless. It's a useless system. It used to work, but they messed it up, and they don't seem interested in fixing it. Time for me to look for another pharmacy. I've had it!
I have had too much trouble with CVS mail order. I have called them numerous times and have even received an email from them explaining my problem and their correction but they still sent wrong prescription. When I called again CVS denied that they ever sent email ID#*******-- that described the problem and their solution. That's because they sent me the wrong meds, again. I would avoid using CVS mail order. It is my only real choice as Costco is over 100 miles round trip for me. BUT, if you have a better choice, take it. CVS Mail Order does not care about its customers. They put you on hold until you finally hang up. I have been on hold several times for 30 minutes and hung up. I have a job and do go to work. Maybe these reps need to go to work too and get off the CVS mantra of "hold until they hang up".
We have shopped at CVS here since they opened and have always had great customer service, a hello when we enter. Deb and the manager are ready to help every time. There are no worries there. They all get a gold star from me. Thank you.

Answer: I have tried to speak to someone in their corporate office because I wasn't getting anywhere trying to reach a district manager or someone who was outside of the actual store since the manager was the problem and I was ignored just the same. I think they are so recognized and dominate so much of that market that they can afford to just let people complain and not do anything. I use Walgreen's even though they are a little more expensive I like that they treat their cus6with respect and they also respect their customer's privacy. The manager at the CVS near me called to verify my prescription on speakerphone up front so everyone could hear. I honestly believe they do not care if customers complain.
Answer: NOPE! CVS PRODUCTS ARE MARKED UP 3 TIMES HIGHER, THAN FOOD LION, BJs, WALMART, AMAZON. BED BATH BEYOND, WALGREENS, YOU CAN BUY THE SAME PRODUCTS AT THESES PLACES WITHOUT A COUPON AND GET IT CHEAPER!
Answer: Yes will never order online again very disappointed with the horrible cust svc
Answer: Can't wait for Amazon to get into pharmacy goods. CVS customers will flock to their service!
Answer: 10-20 minutes if you are picking up a prescription that's already filled (wasting in line). 30-45 if you drop it off + your normal 10-20 minutes in line.
Answer: Yes, you should do such!
