Verified site experience

When I ordered the one time before, everything went well. I was hoping to use the coupon from that time, now, but it expired quickly, plus the amount you have to purchase to get the $25 off is much too high.

Reason I chose this business:

Had the best price and the only place to have the exact style of the valet I was looking for.

I'm just discovering why Amazon is so much more popular to order from than Wayfair. Never had to try to cancel an order from Wayfair before, but now that I have it's a nightmare. They originally stated the furniture I ordered would be delivered within 3 days and the expert assembler would be here the 4th day. Then I got notice the item wouldn't arrive until the 4th day and the assembly wouldn't happen for almost another week. I had to look around again for something that would come and be together sooner, in the original timeframe. Once I found it, I checked the order on Wayfair to be sure it hadn't ship yet. Since it hadn't I put in to cancel the order. Now I get notice they won't cancel the order and it will be up to me to take this heavy furniture to FedEx for the return and I'll be charged almost $80 for it. If they don't come around and take this back or stop the shipment without the hassle and charge to us, I will no longer even consider ordering from Wayfair. It's not our fault They changed the dates on us.

Tip for consumers:
Don't trust them at all!!

I couldn't use it because it didn't arrive. I had to cancel and find something that could get here and be assembled on time. The item hadn't shipped yet when I tried to cancel, but they're stating it can't be cancelled!!

Don't book through Hotels.com
Booked our vaca at Sea Mist Oceanfront Resort in Myrtle Beach through Hotels.com. We choose this location due to the description on the Hotels.com website. Once we arrived, NOTHING was as they had described. Our room was Not the "resort view" that had been stated. Our view was a small street, almost an alley, with dumpy apartments. We did Not have the 2 king size beds we were supposed to, much of what the room should have had--such as silverware and trash cans, weren't there. On top of that things didn't work, like a shower and the dishwasher. The hotel management would not move us or fix anything. We tried for days to reach Hotels.com for help. They were very hard to reach and once we did they weren't any help at all. All they would say is that they couldn't reach the management. Eventually they gave us a very small credit for a future booking. Not close to enough to leave Sea Mist, who wouldn't give us a refund and find someplace else. We were never called back either, after beind told we would be withing 72 hours. Hotels.com ruined our vacation.

Tip for consumers:
Just don't!! Use any other site but NOT Hotels.com. On top of the horrible service, they have continually lied to the Better Business Bureau.

Their website lied about everything. On June 26,2022 we arrived at Sea Mist Oceanfront Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC expecting to get the apartment described when we booked it. The description was for a room/apartment with a "resort view", 2 king sized beds, 2 double beds and a murphy bed. It was also supposed to have amenities such as silverware, dishes, cookware, etc. Our room was at the back of a small building, facing a street of dumpy apartments. Nowhere near the resort itself. The main shower did not work, the dishwasher, toaster and some stove burners did not work, there weren't any trashcans or silverware in the entire place and the beds were horribly uncomfortable. We told them about all this the first night. We told them again on the 2nd day. For our entire 6 night stay they didn't fix anything, or try to move us to a room that was as had been described. The only thing they did was bring us silverware. Neither would they refund our money. We barely got any sleep due to the uncomfortable beds, the horrible, noisey location and spent the whole time with all these things not working. They ruined our vacation.

Tip for consumers:
Don't believe anything they say. Even the pic of their waterpark that make it look so nice are lies. It's not very nice at all, and really only for pretty young children. Don't believe the room pics at all or the location they say your room will be at.

Rented a room for a week. Used their beach, waterpark and pools.

Bath-fitter was inherently dishonest with us and will not try to correct what they've done. We needed a whole new tub due to a plumber having removed tiles and messed up the beautiful, long, deep jacuzzi tub we had. Bathfitter only shows you pictures; you don't see anything in person until the product they've made for you gets to your house. Of course they knew, however, that the tub they told us to order as the close replacement to the one we had, just not jetted, was MUCH smaller; but they didn't tell us. We were shocked to get a tub that is literally two feet, not two inches--TWO FEET, smaller than the one we had! To make the new one fit in, they had to build a new wall/shelf coming in the extra two feet. They didn't even bother to have this extra space built around the tub evenly; they just built it out on one side and it looks awful! Our old tub had some space between it and the walls, of course, but it was centered and everything was even. Bathfitter just came up with this ridiculous plan without making sure we knew exactly what they were doing, what it would look like or the size difference. They finished on a Thursday. We lived with it through the weekend and still thought it looks like a disaster. We contacted them the following Monday. We had several calls, from various employees there that day; including one from our saleslady. She said she or a supervisor would call us back later that day. That was two weeks ago and we haven't heard another word from anyone there. We spent almost $25,000 and this is the terrible service we're getting for trusting them. My advice to you is "Don't"; just don't trust them!

Tip for consumers:
Do not use them for a whole New bathtub. They are alright for a fit over the existing tub, evidently, but not for a total replacement.

They filled a prescription when I was very ill. My husband picked it up, brought it home and read the "warning" labels on it; then gave it to me. There was NOT a label stating this had to be taken with food and no one at CVS had bothered to inform him of this. Since we had no knowledge of this I had not eaten before taking it. I ended up extremely nauseous, dehydrated and in the hospital. CVS will not respond to my messages/complaints. They should not be allowed to hold a pharmacy license! As busy as Walmart pharmacies are, they always give you a consult and be sure you know how to properly take the prescriptions. That CVS gets away with this uncaring negligence is a travesty.

Tip for consumers:
Don't get your prescriptions at any CVS pharmacy, or even through their online service! Can't be trusted!
