Ordered a pair of Chucks for my daughter's Christmas Present. I was the only nice thing I could afford to buy her. I ordered on November 23,2024, as soon as I got my Christmas bonus. I was so excited to be buying her a second pair of converse because she only owns one pair of shoes. I got an email saying they were delivered December 9,2024. But when I further inspected the email it said that the address I shipped to was incorrect, which was not true, and the shoes were sent back. I never received a return for refund email. I could not file a claim with UPS because of some policy with Converse. Com not allowing customers to file claims, so I couldn't even open an investigation to find out why the shoes got sent back. It's been difficult trying to get in touch with Converse as they have very minimal ways to contact them via email. And their virtual assistant is just a waste of time. Here we are end of January, and it looks like I won't be getting a refund. This is my first order ever placed with Converse.com. I Got Scammed! Thank you Converse for ruining my Christmas!
I ordered 4 pairs of sneakers, only received 3 no explanation, no response to my follow up email and when I call, I get transferred to a number that rings till it drops. No one is attending to my query and the status of my order is "complete" on their system. Lack of communication is frustrating, assuming they don't have stock, they should refund me then. Order Number *******
You know those companies that go out of their way to make a happy customer? Converse is 100% not one of them. I'm a financially insecure disabled vet, gifted a pair of brand new, classic Chuck Taylor All-Stars. I saw they offer wide sizes on their website, which would fit my sturdy base. For a huge company with a giant stock of shoes, an even exchange wouldn't hurt anyone, it'd make me happy, and keep me as a customer in the future. Sounds great, right? Nope! Not to Converse... Since I didn't purchase from their website, they won't do an even exchange. Crazy they'd rather lose a customer for life than simply do an exchange.
Ordered 11/28 during Cyber Sales event. No delivery dates displayed. Checked next day, site message said "Order by 11/29 for guaranteed Delivery by Dec. 24th". Thought I was fine. Then received delivery email saying 12/19. Great news! Except I tracked the order with UPS and a label had not even ben created until 12/12, and that was in Viet Nam (where these shoes are made). By 12/21, shoes had made it to Hong Kong. Needless to say, Xmas missed, gift ruined. I would not be upset by the late delivery if Converse were simply accurate and truthful. I suspect they give "optimistic" delivery updates so that you will take receipt and then may decide not to go through return hassle. This makes them more money than if they told you upfront order would be late, so you could cancel outright.
Me and my cousin ordered custom converse august 2021 we were told that they would get sent within a month and they never sent them at all and blamed it on the shipping. It has been 2 years and they are still telling me it's the shipping. For spending so much money on these shoes I wish I were able to wear them. Don't order anything online from this company if you live in Canada or anywhere, the customer service was no help and if you are going to spend over $100 on shoes I'd spend it else where.
I ordered shoes in the wrong size and contacted them right away after placing the order, within 30 minutes. The customer service rep said they could not cancel it, but rest assured I could return the shoes for a refund. Well, I returned the shoes and it's been two weeks since they've processed my return. I understand it's the holiday time, but my gripe is their inability to cancel an order immediately and now making me wait for my refund. How much energy was lost because they could not simply cancel an order that was placed in less than an hour? This is a Nike company, so you're telling me that their software or procedures does not allow this?
They are quick to ship, so if you know exactly what you want and don't think you'll be returning items, then the site is fine.
My shoes started falling apart after a few months. I made a warranty claim and they rejected it for no reason. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and converse never bothered to respond so the case was closed without resolution.
I'm quite disappointed. I bought a pricey pair of Converse shoes three months ago for my daughter, and they've already started to tear from the side. They should make it clear to the customers that these shoes may only last up to three months. When you reach out to the customer service their reply would be "We are sorry the shoes do not qualify for a warranty for flaws in the manufacture.".
I do not recommend Converse products due to the unpleasant experience I had with their products. I ordered 2 pairs of Converse from two different websites, Zalandos and Converse, and both arrived defective with excess glue or unglued, with deformed material. Unfortunately, the customer service is not up to the standards of this famous brand. Unfortunately, money matters more and not the quality of the services offered. They have no respect for customers. I am very disappointed with them and their approach and will not buy their products again for any of my family members. I will let know to all my friends about this bad experience.
Ordered a pair of shoes for granddaughter. Waited for shoes to ship. When checking tracking info, see that package was delivered to a UPS Access Point. No notification to me or anything. Converse does it care that order was not delivered to me…said once it leaves then it is UPS responsibility. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Never ordered before that package was shipped to someplace other than me and no knowledge of delivery!
My daughter loves Converse, unfortunately they are falling apart. I got them for her for Christmas at the end of 2020. So they are a little over a year old now and falling apart. The rubber has pulled away from the fabric to where you can stick your fingers all the way through. These shoes are pretty expensive to only last a year.
I received a pair of Converse shoes as a gift for Christmas and wanted to return them as they are not my style and I cannot wear shoes with no arch support. I had no idea where these were originally purchased and did not want to alert the gift giver that I was not thrilled with them, so I contacted Converse as the manufacturer. I chatted with an agent that was perfectly pleasant only to find out they cannot do returns without a receipt or order number. Additionally, they can only refund to the original payment method. When asked what they do for gift returns, she gave me no alternative and when I stated I was unable to get the receipt or order number, she told me they were unable to process a return as they don't know that the shoes were purchased from the website. They're brand new Converse shoes, how can I not return them to the manufacturer for store credit at the very least. I was very willing to take whatever lowest price they had been at, which is typical of no receipt returns to other stores, but I was provided zero options. I will not be shopping at Converse ever due to this ridiculous policy.
I have 5 pair of chuck taylors none are a year old. All of the shoes the soles are coming apart or falling off. These used to be great shoes. Called customer service and they were useless. Id like the shoes replaced not a refund.

Have fallen apart within one year of wearing. The sole separates or comes unglued. I used to pay $20.00
Max for a pair of these shoes that would last years.That was when I was very active playing high school sports etc.
Now I pay 60.00 dollars for shoes that fall apart when I wear them casually a few times a week. Shame on Nike for moving production from the United States to China,India,Vietnam & Indonesia ruining an iconic American shoe! Needless to say, I will never buy a pair of Chuck's again. That makes me mad!
The shoes arrived within 4 business days which was very fast. I usually don't order my converse online and was worried, since one of the pairs is white, that they could potentially come with marks but they are PERFECT. They are a half size bigger so I'm glad I did research before ordering because they fit and look great! I highly recommend ordering from their site cause there were no issues with my order and I was always notified when the status of the order changed.
Unexceptable in this day and age left hanging on phone for forty minutes emails sent and unanswered... will never buy converse again and may i suggest you don't either... this company needs investigating by trading standards as soon as possible...

Order took over 5 business days to process despite their site saying it takes 2 business days. Their customer support says that the item will be shipped every time you contact them and then the item never gets shipped. Then, they won't let you cancel your order.
I purchased a white high-top shoes for my daughter in April. The package took quite a while to arrived. Because of work and the business of life I didn't check the package until we were getting ready to pack for vacation. While packing, I realized that I received the wrong size shoes. They send a size 8.5 instead of 7.5
I kindly asked for an exchange, but this was futile since their 30 policy has expired.
Please check your package promptly, making sure you receive exactly what you've ordered, because this is a company that believes that they are right and the customer is wrong. I hope this helps
Received a product that is not brand new/no discount or anything. Denied to replacement or partial refund. The point is not gerring refund but bad experience and waste time to do all refund/purchase/ Never shop again
