Received a product that is not brand new/no discount or anything. Denied to replacement or partial refund. The point is not gerring refund but bad experience and waste time to do all refund/purchase/ Never shop again

Very disappointed
September 10, 2022

I used to love my chucks. Wore them every single day, for years they were my one and only go to shoe. The same pair would last for a couple of years of every day wear. But this last pair i got sucks. They are flimsy. They are super light and the heel cup is non existent and they are made out of some synthetic thin material not canvas. I'm sad too say i don't think i'll buy converse again

I have purchased close to 12 pairs of Converse custom "By You" and was excitedly waiting for my birthday to purchase 3 pairs using my birthday discount.

My birthday is in two day, and I received my birthday code today. NOPE...
YOU CANNOT USE YOUR BIRTHDAY DISCOUNT TO BUY WHAT YOU WANT...ONLY WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO HAVE!

It's like a slap in the face to receive a 20% off birthday code, only to discover I can't use it to buy what I really want...only what THEY choose.

That's TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I'll shop elsewhere for my hi-tops.
Converse doesn't give a d*mn about their customers

Pretty horrible website. Bought a gift card to be mailed. It never showed up. When I contact customer service they just say the site is having difficulties. Same wheb trying to call. And they have gull to send out ads abd promote their broken site?! Awful.

Great shoes

I ordered a pair of black high tops for my granddaughter for school. They arrived in less than a week. The shoes fit great and my granddaughter loves them.
I will order again from Converse. Great shoes!

I purchased two pair of Converse All Stars at a mall store not a Converse store/outlet. I haven't worn high tops in MANY years but due to a fractured ankle I decided to try them for the extra support. Both pair look the same on the outside but looks are deceiving. One pair has a tongue lock (Navy) but the other pair (Electric Purple) doesn't. Shoe laces weren't the same length. One pair is canvas (Navy) and the other (Electric Purple) feels like it has very light padding. I called Customer Service for an explanation and the rep was very polite but couldn't tell me why there was a difference. They have different style numbers but one pair couldn't be found on their website. Converse needs to post an in depth comparison chart for their different model sneakers so consumers can know the differences and their reps need to be able to access it. Oh, the people in the store were no help AT all.

My teenage pair of shoes

And I guess they will always be my forever casual footwear. I remember the first time I felt in love with a pair of Converse (Avril Lavigne looked good wearing them and my "punk" phase was starting haha!) and from that moment, I have collected many pairs of their shoes. I don't want to throw the old ones away, so my closet it's like a museum of shoes I don't use because they are too old. I currently wear the ones without laces. Those make my life easier and practical now

Shipping is long

I ordered my shoes on 9/16/22. I had no idea that the shows were coming from Hong Kong! It is now 10/2/22 and I was told my shoes were still in Hong Kong and my estimated delivery date would be 10/12/22! If I knew my shoes would be shipping from overseas I would have just bought a different design at a local shoe store.

I can only wear their shoes for a few hours because after that they really start to hurt my feet. If it wasn't so narrow, then I would wear them all the time.

Our experience with Converse was absolutely fantastic. The costumer service was outstanding; they are always coming back to assist you, and were really helpful. And unlike most other stores, employees had actual life in their voices when they spoke. That made our experience a lot more pleasant. We additionally found what we wanted really quickly, and something a little extra. Thank you!

Converse shoes are pretty great and never get old. I am amazed by the amount of knock-off brands you are able to find of these shoes. I think it shows just how successful this brand is. I use these shoes mainly for casual streetwear or working out. The variety of colors allows you to buy a lot of different shoes from the same provider. I think it's great because that way you can easily incorporate new colors into your outfit without changing your style too much.

I ordered a pair of Chuck's and while they arrived earlier than anticipated, they were shoved into a tiny cheap box with no protection for shipping. They arrived horribly creased, bent and wrinkled. Not acceptable for how much was paid for the shoes. There was no receipt or invoice/statement contained in the box.

I ordered shoes online (without opening a Converse account,) was charged and received my shoes, but
Never received an email confirmation, nor was there an invoice in my shoe box. So when the shoes were too large and I wanted to return them, I didn't have an order number to initiate a return. What's up with this?
I'm currently trying to get help from customer service, but they don't seem to be able to find my account. What?

Covid restrictions forced me to purchase 2 pairs of converse sneakers for my grandchildren from the converse.ca website. I ordered the correct size, but when I received the product, the sizes were huge. When I tried to return the shoes, I was informed that I had to pay for shipping to Montreal, which I calculated to be over $40. Poor customer service during these times. I should have purchased the shoes at SoftMoc.

Over 30 days and no refund
January 24, 2023

I sent three pair of shoes back to Converse in two shipments. They were received Dec 29,2022 and Jan 2,2023. The first pair I had to call them multiple times to get them to process a refund on Jan 17th and I haven't seen that hit my card yet. The second shipment shows it was received on Dec 29th, signed for at the warehouse, and they won't refund my money because the warehouse hasn't verified the return yet. They say the warehouse is checking on the return. So, still no refund on either a month later. Customer service is no help and tells me "this is the procedure" and have been saying that for weeks. What's my recourse? Corporate HQ has no phone number so I can't even call and lodge a complaint. I'll never buy from them again.

I am obsessed with how trendy and cute these new converse are! Similar to the original all star converse on top, but the chunky bottoms give it a trendy new look that are incredibly comfortable. I typically wear a size 6 in shoes but in these I went down half a size to 5.5.

Terrible customer service…

I returned 2 pairs of shoes and was only refunded for one. They refuse to give a refund for my second pair and claim only one pair was scanned back into inventory. When I made the return, it's clear their were two pairs of shoes if they checked the weight. I've been on chat with 5 different reps and spoke to 3 different reps and they told me to check my bank. I said no need to check my bank if the first refund went through. Then they said I told them the shoe was missing. I never said it was missing but now that I think of it, it's probably missing because a worker probably stole it from the return box. Never buying from converse ever again.

Too disappointing
April 17, 2024

This is to disappointing! After waiting more than a month for my order, I received yesterday an email from you saying "your converse return has been completed". I didn't ask for it.
I've called you this morning and you said that it was UPS fault because the order went to a storage in Maia and no one told me. I've called ups then and they said it's your fault because I NEVER received and email form them. Converse didn't put my email address. I nor even knew that the company was UPS. Never received anything from them because converse didn't informed them about my email address.
Conclusion: I LOST MY ORDER AND NO ONE ASSUME THE RESPONSIBILITY
AND THE RESPONSIBILITY IS YOUR: converse
How can you solve this situation?

Lost order
November 9, 2022

I checked their website to see where we were at with my order. After checking I noticed my order number could not be found. I called the company and she stated she couldn't find my order either. They definitely charged my card $100.70. It's just frustrating to have your money taken and then they randomly lose your order.

DON'T BUY GIFT CARDS
February 16, 2023

I purchased gift cards from the Converse website on 12/17. Today is 2/16, and I have not received them. Converse said they are on back order. I requested to cancel the order so I can just go to a store and purchase the sneakers. They responded they can cancel the order. This is absolutely absurd!
