Beautiful shoes, absolutely love them! I ordered 2 pairs 30 days ago, returned within few days and after 3 weeks that shoes were delivered to their warehouse still no refund! Paypal customer service is rude and they just dont want to speak to customers. Received an email confirmation of my refund 2 weeks ago and no money in my account yet. Opened a paypal case and they said close the case and we release your money, its been over a week now and still nothing. I requested a manager to contact me and they said they will nut nothing! Absolutely disgusted! ONE MONTH FOR A REFUND! NO WAY I BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE AGAIN!

Return policy

Converse.com has the worse return policy ever. If you buy a shoe as a gift do not buy early because of person does not try on it 30 days you cannot exchange for a different size. Wow!

Okay, hi so I bought these high top platform converse for myself. When I got them, they were WAYY to small and I returned them. It took 3-4 days for them to get it. I was waiting for customor service for 40 MINUTES. 40 minutes can you believe it?! They told me it will take 4 days to process my order, then a week or two for my refund. LITERALLY HORRBLE never buy from converse.com ever again. HORRIBLE. Just go to a footlocker to try the shoe on.

Terrible online purchase experience. Bought a pair of shoes, and tried to exchange them for a different size. I followed the online instruction and was unable to exchange them because the website was saying I never received them. I had to then online chat with their customer service 4 separate times! The first representative was with Muskaan K. They ended the conversation within 2 minutes as I was typing my response! The second conversation was with Prachiben S. During our conversation they stated they were working on my exchange/return then ended the conversation without any resolution. Attempted a 3rd time with Sreeja M. They stated it would take a day for me to receive my label via email which never did.

Processing an exchange/return shouldn't be this much of a hassle. For how big of a brand and company Converse is their online customer service is extremely poor.

Money hungry

Converse offers coupons then disallows them. There is a nasty word for that which I will not express here. Euphermistically I will describe Converse as money hungry.

They send me a Promo code to my mailbox, I go online converse.com I was going to buy 2 pairs of shoes. I'm at. Check out and they didn't take the promo code,, I wasn't even going to buy anything until I got the code I chat with a representative and he answer a few time but then he stop texting, WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM CONVERSE, STAY WAY

Terrible customer service

Ryan who was the supervisor I spoke to yelled at me and threatened to hang up on me. He was rude and makes me never want to buy converse again. I wish this company cared about its customers.

Great service
September 15, 2020

I went into your outlet store today i was served by a girl Tala.
She went out of her way to help me with fibding shoes for my Grandson.
She was helful kind and patient.
It was exceptional serbice and very appreciated.
I went to ask for the manager to acknowlegde her ourstanding customer services.to be told she was the manager.
This also was a great experience at your outlet store in Auckland.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
December 30, 2021

I ordered a pair online for a Christmas gift and estimated shipping arrival was 2 days before Christmas 2 days after I placed my order i got an email that my order had been canceled with no explanation as to why so I called customer service and after being on hold 45 mins they said their website hadn't been updated and the shoes were sold out they said I couldn't get another pair and I was gonna have to wait 10 days for my money which was gonna be after Christmas when I told customer service that was unacceptable cause it was a Christmas gift and asked to speak to a supervisor she hung up on me. I've never dealt with such horrible customer service just awful

Security issue with their website. After updating my email address two weeks ago, I was testing the sites I had updated today, and converse did not let me log in with my updated email address. They don't use a separate user name. The email address is the login name.
It DID however, let me log in with the OLD email address. Once in the account, the account only shows the new one I had updated to two weeks ago. Whaaaat?
I contacted their support. They started to try to blame it on me, until I told them I'm techy and had already done troubleshooting, trying different browsers etc.
They could not come up with a good answer for me. They suggested I change the password, which did actually solve the problem.
But this is a HUGE HUGE security issue.
What if my old email address had been hacked? They could still use it to log in on Converse, even though it was updated to the new one two weeks prior. Their front end is not talking to their secure login servers when you update the email address, and only seems to update after changing the password, which is NOT required to do to update the email address. This should NEVER EVER happen on a website, and I've never heard of this before.
Converse needs to get their security head together and take action with this issue.

Converse by You is a joke! I ordered them (designed by my teen) on Oct 14. They arrived Oct 31, but NONE of the personalizations were correct. It looked like they sent a "blank" or else just a random shoe. I called that same day. They apologised for the "oversight."

They sent me an email requesting photos of the "defect" and the details. I complied fully, attaching multiple photos & listing all the ways the shoes were different from what I ordered. A week later, Converse had not replied to the email, so I called CS again. Today (Nov 12) They told me the "Defect team" had reviewed my claim & determined there was no defect & the shoes would not be replaced. (But they hadn't bothered to let me know!) They said the photos I sent MATCHED the photos they took when the shoe was made. Duh! But they made the WRONG SHOE!

Ok, so I demanded an immediate refund, which they were unwilling to do. Since they would not issue an immediate refund, I had no recourse but to call my credit card company to dispute the charges.
