I ordered shose for my son August 2, for school after one week, I get notifications that my order delivered to HUB Amazon locker, we live in apartment in CA, I had been with he worst customer service ever, after chat with agent who lives in INDIA, unable to provide code for the locker, so he reship second pair of shoes I asked him to deliver it to my front door he agreed!, couple of days later again notifications about my order delivered again by UPS at Amazon hub locker, unbelievable same mistake again, they refuse to help me clueless have no idea what they're doing, 5 hours on the phone, convers throw me to UPS and UPS throw me to Amazon, UPS refuse to open lost order claim, rude convers customer service refuse to refund my money, UPS couldn't provide code they follow convers policy to not deliver order to front door, nightmare I lost my money $120

I ordered a pair Converse on August 4th, ETA for delivery was that Friday the 6th, then Saturday the 7th, then Monday the 9th but I never got anything. Then there were no more updates, in fact nothing past August 5th. I hit up the chat and they said expect it to receive on Friday the 13th (which I thought was cool), but again, no delivery.

After a few chat frustrating conversations with customer service, on August 17th they said they'll reship a new pair and finally admit the first must be lost (ya think?).

It's now the 30th of August and guess what? No shoes and it still says "preparing to ship" the replacement pair.

I get Sreeja M on a chat and he says the shoes will be delivered today so asked where he got that info from and he ignores me for 7 minutes, then after I say "hello?" and "Are you still there?" he says "yeah Iam there" and when I state it takes 7 minutes to respond and "you guys suck", he ends the chat.

They have my money and I don't have shoes, they've been horrible every step of the way and they should be ashamed of themselves.

I have shopped on Converse.com many times in the past and each time there's been an issue but because I love the shoes so much, I kept coming back. The shoes are not readily available as they used to be in retail stores so you don't have a choice really if you want Converse shoes. The last four times were worse than usual. The shoes were sent to Walgreens instead of the shipping address listed in my account. I was picking up a Chewy order from Walgreens and they let me know I had a package from Converse which is sent UPS, not FedEx. When I double checked my shipping address, it WAS my home, so not sure what the mix up was. I wanted to exchange the shoes I had because the recommended size was too small. I was told I had to send the shoes back and get refunded and they would then ship the "exchange" once they received the return and I ordered again. They got the shoes and ordered the correct size, the order never showing up in my account, and three weeks later, I was still waiting for information on my "new" order. I called and no one had a clue, talked to a manager and he apologized but also had no additional information for me. I'm also signed up to receive text messages for updates on my order. I've yet to receive one, ever. So the shoes I really wanted, I decided to give it another shot, they were 30% off with free shipping. Ordered 11/27, received a text message on Sunday 12/4, that the order was shipping and would arrive by 12/7. I decided to check today because I hadn't heard anything and saw that the shoes were returned on 12/5….so they shipped overnight and were returned the next day? And all I got was an apology, and "your return will processed within 7-10 business days and you will get a full refund. You can order the shoes again and we will give you 20% coupon now and once you receive the shoes, contact us and we will process the additional 10%". They have lost their minds and a customer. I will have to shop the outlet stores for my Converse shoes I guess from now on.

Very disappointed

I was not told this order was coming from
Vietnam. I ordered this for my granddaughter for Christmas. It is now New Years Day and still no order.

Носил эти кеды всю свою молодость! Тот случай когда производитель нашел успешную формулу и ее нет смысла менять. Правда, качество по сравнению с нулевыми немного упало, но это сейчас почти везде так(
