Ordered a pair of shoes for granddaughter. Waited for shoes to ship. When checking tracking info, see that package was delivered to a UPS Access Point. No notification to me or anything. Converse does it care that order was not delivered to me…said once it leaves then it is UPS responsibility. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Never ordered before that package was shipped to someplace other than me and no knowledge of delivery!

After my husband passed away from an accident, I knew we were going to hold an on-site auction. Even though I had not heard good things from this particular auctioneer, my husband enjoyed his auctions. He is very unprofessional and I really feel like that as a widow, I was taken advantage of. First trip down he was late and did not bring what he said he would. I was the one who kept having to call or email to get him to respond because he always had excuses. Then when he did schedule, he was always late. I had someone else there every time he came as I didn't trust what he said.

He wanted to verify that we needed an on-site auction but after seeing a machine shed and shop full of items, agreed. The next trip he made he was supposed to bring flats and make a list and take pictures. Of course when he got there…after more excuses…he explained that his phone was not taking "good" pictures and he would come back to take them. Again I planned to have someone there and he was late again so he wasted their time and mine.

When he arrived to finally take pictures, he again was over 45 minutes late…and no flats. The morning of auction said he would be there by 8 and finally arrived at around 9; after everything was set up.

He did a very poor job of letting people know where he was going. At the end of the auction I had to remind him he needed a sale bill for the boat and trailer. He left.

His clerk told me I would have the check in about 2 weeks. So after 2 weeks went by, I contacted him. He called me a liar and again was full of excuses about all his costs. I just told him that his ticket clerk told me that and his response "I can't wait for this auction to be over!" I responded with "very unprofessional" and he sent a"thumbs up" emoji.

Think he needs to grow up and respect the people he is working for and not screwy them over.

If you have an auction, get the details in writing and don't hire this guy!

Tip for consumers:
Anyone who is thinking of having an auction, think twice about this guy!

Called in regarding missing points. After explaining multiple times, agent said account did include purchase in 4/30. I explained that I had received a rewards card for 3x points that was good on all purchases until 12/31/23. I couldn't locate my card and the agent was very rude. I called back in later and the agent put me on hold without indicating she was doing it…put me on hold for 6 minutes then disconnected. Tried chatting with an agent and after again explaining the situation, she gave me run around and disconnected the chat as well
