First order took 4 days, second took 10 days and Discountfilters.com said after released to FedEx, not their problem. FedEx said in transit and could take 5-10 days which is normal. The only person affected is the customer--you or me. Guess who the only people who care about a timely delivery are? You or me! Adavidp

I ordered a hat and visor for my son's baseball team with his name and number and the school's name. I ordered "red". I got "red" in the visor and "dark red" in the hat. When I called in to request a replacement, I was told they do not replace hats. I was told by both Antoinette and Kaitlin, in their customer service department, that different vendors had different color reds and I should have known that since in fine print they tell me my items were coming from different vendors. I asked how I was supposed to know that different vendors meant different color reds-they did not tell me that was a possibility, even if I was told in fine print that I was receiving my merchandise from 2 different vendors. The website only showed one color red-not a range. If you do not ask, they will not tell. Extremely disappointed and unhappy. A David

I was looking for Weber's Just Add Juice and could not find my favorite flavor anywhere, retail or online. Weber referred me to this website and I found what I was looking for at a fabulous price--but, the kicker was how polite and helpful the "service" representative was. That is becoming a rarity, more every day. Highly recommended. A David P

Ordered Oral B replacement toothbrushes for my electric toothbrush and Jet beat the best price $7 to $24. The price and the fact that it was the same product I saw in the local stores, made this one of my best on line purchases ever! ADavidP

Process of having each item purchased separately and having to insure it was shipped to the store you wanted was time consuming, but was the cost of no shipping charges. Since I was ordering Star Wars Merchandise, I was at everybody's mercy (the cost of procrastination). Wasn't sure I would receive merchandise by Christmas, but it made it easily. I was very grateful. Was worth the effort, but since it is more than others demand of the purchaser, could only give 4 stars. Would return to make more purchases. A David

It was busy time of year, and if it had shipped like most others, the same day or next, the service would have been excellent. I was told by employee, shipping can take up to 48 hours and it did. Product received was as advertised. A David

The lead tells it all. Were they kidding me? No, an acceptable substitution by Overstock's standards. I am not sure what kind of home these standard setters live in, but not home I have ever been in would be equally served with an end table in front of the sofa instead of a coffee table. I had to return this fiasco and buy an end table at a local store. When mistakes like this are made, you are only given one chance. I am through with Overstock.com. A David

Never tried QVC. Definitely will again! Really surprised that best price on high-end hand mixer would be QVC, but that is what I found and prompt delivery, too. Merrier Christmas.

I always judge online companies by the quality of their products, their fair pricing and, most importantly, the quality of their service. Joe's has been the best at all of these on multiple purchases.

Multiple purchases and always great service, great prices and great products. What is pictured is what you get. Even when I made a mistake, they corrected my error at no cost to me. I could not ask for anything more than they deliver.

On November 27,2015 a great printer for a great price was ordered. Only a few left. Decided too good a deal, ordered 2 more for my daughters. Within an hour, one was cancelled--none in stock. Three (3) days later, second one was cancelled--none in stock. Today, December 10,2015, 13 days later the last one was cancelled; the reason--processing error. I called the store the same day I originally ordered the printers and the store customer service person said the items offered were not available in the local stores and had not been for a while--they (Best Buy) were having difficulty with the online sales because of heavy volume. You would have thought they would have been prepared for the one thing that was exactly what they wanted--HIGH VOLUME!

After 2 hours on the chat line with Open Sky, I was told so many 'canned' answers I actually thought I was being "punk'd". No, it was just never ending poor service. They then found the answer from the supplier and 10 days later, and finally shipped it. Not overnight because they had done nothing for 10 days, but their regular 10-12 day, which is now 20-22. They have added these tracking entries to the two above--I now have 4:

Open Sky has exceeded my worst service ever and that is a 50+ year old record. The slow delivery is only exceeded by the 'aggravating canned' written communications.

As you can see in the response below from Open Sky, their written communications consist of "aggravating canned" statements. Silence would have benefitted them more in this case.
The "Smart Bracelet" I ordered as a gift for Christmas was opened on Christmas day--it did not work--if you have read through these reviews, their 3rd party company "Vista" struck many times during Christmas. Since it was more than 14 days (12 of which were delivery days) the item could not be returned. If I every buy from Open Sky again, I have asked my wife to shoot me and she has agreed (a little too fast, I might add). If you do, shame on you.

Tip for consumers:
You may obtain excellent service, and I hope you do; and maybe you will not need anything for the Holiday Season. But do not be surprised if Open Sky ruins a good mood. It seems you have a good experience or the worst ever. Look at your chances on the reviews totals. Russian Roulette odds are better!
