This has become my Go To for online purchases. I can get anything from groceries to exercise equipment (and have). They used to have fresh/perishable groceries but I don't know if they still do that. The prices are good and the service is even better. I recently ordered two small items that did not ship and they, subsequently, cancelled both items. They credited my account for $5 each item just for the inconvenience. Anytime that I've had an issue with an order the service is immediate and excellent. Yes, there are quirks here and there (clothing selection and prices need a lot of work); but overall, I can't complain and will continue to use them.

If I could give less I would. Leads were bogus. When I would listen during they make the appointments you could hear the client tell them right out they are NOT ready yet they talk them into appt just to get off the phone. I call and they either don't answer or they tell me they are not looking. I asked for my refund and as expected ZERO. Many others had the SAME complaint and bogus to no leads. I liked the site has some products i can't easily find sometimes good prices, good customer service but I constantly forget to not buy paper towels from them. Their default delivery is courier 8-9 AM on a weekend. Rather than leaving it with my doorman they wake me up to want to give some paper towels when I went to bed at 4AM the night before. I complained to customer service they said if I want to choose my time it's 9.99. That feels like extortion to not torture me. Just because they insist on having my doorman call up to hand me paper towels in-person way too early in the morning I will not use this site anymore. Every time they wake me up I feel like I hate them. 8AM ringing my bell on a Sat morning is not reasonable.

They have spammed me incessantly for YEARS, despite countless attempts on my part to unsubscribe. I've used their unsubscribe link, I've emailed multiple contacts at this company. They are OBNOXIOUS, and will. Not. Stop.

Oh, and what they're doing is against the law.

Based on that alone, I would NEVER use them.

I ordered a jacket for my son for Christmas and online at the time of my order it said it would be here by the 15th of December just got a message from them a week before Christmas that they were unable to fill my order. Thanks a lot Jets won't be ordering from you again!

Some products are priced well. It depends what you want. They also have some of my natural products I can't find on other sites. The customer service is nice and quick. My side with this site is that they use couriers sometimes and I don't know I'm ordering a courier item. I keep forgetting that they consistently wake me up between 8-9am on a weekend to hand me paper towels. If I want them to come later apparently they is 9.99 extra. Every time they wake me up I hate them. Waking people up at 8sm on a weekend to hand them paper towels is insane. Not using them again for this reason.

Been using Jet for nearly a year. I only order Jet-stocked merchandise, no outside vendors. Delivery time is amazingly fast, either next day or day after. Unfortunately, either Jet's or Ontrac's warehouse workers--or both--are incredibly rough on the boxes. It must be deliberate. Exploded cans of dog food, pulverized pasta sauce jars, smashed cat litter bags... you name it, they can destroy it.

Second issue is with debit card billing. They apparently think they're a gas station or a bar. They ALWAYS double charge for some of the merchandise for several days. This is, of course, to get interest $$ on that extra money. Very bad customer treatment.

I have been shopping at Jet since Nov 2015 and always enjoyed 2 day shipping. I am amazed how fast they ship. The prices are cheaper than Amazon which usually takes at least a week to ship. I had one small problem but customer service resolved this within an hour of my emailing them. I would tell everyone to give this young company a chance even though it is going through a few growing pains.

First time customer and three boxes arrived completely damaged... not damaged from the carrier itself, damaged because whoever packed these boxes does not understand how to simply place a 40 pound box of cat litter in a separate box from chips and peanut butter. We will be scraping peanut butter out of our garage for months. Second box arrived damaged with laundry detergent all over the place and third box was just crushed. They do not use proper techniques when it comes to packaging and I only know this since I worked in shipping and receiving for years. Their boxes are flimsy at best and their staff does not know what should go in with what. Customer service was quick to refund only because I had pictures of splattered peanut butter all over cat litter. They also offered me a $10 credit towards a future purchase... small amount since I tried to spend hundreds on my initial order and will return to Amazon immediately.
