I placed an order for my daughter for her birthday a week and a half
Beforehand. They told me the product would arrive on the 13th. On the
Morning of the 13th - the day the order should have arrived they contact
Me to tell me it's delayed. They won't tell me how long it's delayed
And they won't let me cancel. Who knows when I get it but it won't
Arrive in time for a birthday or before she moves to a new city. In
The dark with no explanation and now I have to have the items shipped to
Me and then I have to return them, a complete waste of time, money and
Bad for the environment. Super Frustrating! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
BIG waste of time. I ordered 4 products. One arrived after 2 weeks in an AMZON.COM box!?! The last item is still in transit, and from the tracking notes, I think it is on a wayward path. And did you know they had a $49.95 membership fee, according to Forbes. I didn't see anything about it in Jet.com, but I read on another site that Jet is waiving that for 90 days for new customers. So now I'm trying to "cancel my jet membership," and there is no way to do that on their website. It says to follow the instructions on the "Your Account" page, and there are NO instructions there.
I placed an order on Jet.com for two name brand auto parts and I received cheap Chinese parts imstead. No one at Jet or the company that "fulfilled" the order could explain why. The company that "fulfilled" the order said they do not even carry that part and it was Jet.com who made the mistake. Jet will scam you and them make you jump through hoops to get your money back. Stick with Amazon or Ebay...
I placed an order with them because they sent me a card good for $10 off on my first three orders over $35. When it came time to check out the promo code wouldn't work - placed the order anyway and contacted customer support to apply the $10 credit. They said the promo was no longer good because too many people had already used it. They could not credit me my $10. Will never do business with them again!
We ordered Christmas presents a week and a half before Christmas and it is now past Christmas and we still have not received them! The web site states "2 day shipping" but this is not true! Sent an email to the company with no response. Ended up buying other gifts and will return these ones to jet when they show up if they ever do! First and last time buying from them! Will go back to buying at amazon!
I ordered a chicken coop at a price which was $50 less than two others elsewhere. And those two were already $60 to $80 less than the sources I checked on other sites. The coop came in a couple of days and was in perfect condition. I also ordered organic buckwheat cereal for $2 less per bag than I was paying in the store. Now I always check Jet.com first if I am planning to buy anything.
I am surprised with the amount of negative reviews. I had a great experience. I bought a radio for my car and it was about $30-$40 bucks cheaper on this site than on eBay. So i purchased it. Just got it installed in my car and works great. Great price and decent shipping speed too. I'm really happy with my order.
I did my first order with Jet.Com. And not only was I very pleased with the prices and quality of the products but they were delivered in 2 days. I found that on my Kirkland products they were a good bit cheaper than Costco and I didn't have to spend my time nor gas. I would recommend them to my friends
I should have known better. A website which does not let you write reviews should not be trusted.
Jet.com is slow and unreliable. I was supposed to get my item in 2-5 days, but the item got shipped after 5 days, arrived in 10 days. Costumer service doesn't care. This is bad service.
Why are you taking more money out my account when I paid full price for the items? That makes no sense whatsoever. I honestly feel like you guys are ROBBING me. I thought that the money I spent would go towards the items but no, you had to take out more of money for "distributors". Really? What kind of show are you running?
Had $10 off coupon for each of first 3 purchases. Only received $7 off. Called to inquire and was told they upgrade me to a better offer. When I asked how the offer could be better when I got less, they told me I just needed to buy more from them in overtime I would save more. Extremely deceptive. Bait and switch. I would never buy from this company again. I explained what happened on an Amazon call and Amazon gave me $10 off my next order. Interesting Amazon can give me $10 over the phone off my order when Jet can't even comply with a printed offer they sent me. Extremely poor company.
Run to Amazon as quickly as you can, far superior company with better service, better products, better prices, better delivery.
The first order was damaged and if I did not check it, I would have NEVER known! Ridiculous! Furthermore, part of my order was delayed, first because they said they were given the wrong tracking # and now they say it is out of stock. Untruths, misrepresentations. I would hate to work there. Customer service is THANK GOD, American with people that speak English but it doesn't mean a damn thing when they are spouting untruths becuase they likely don't have the answer. Save yourself the hassle and don't order.
Bought a Monster earbud a month ago. Slightly cheaper than Amazon. But while I was trying to register with Monster for warranty, it failed. Called Monster, they can not verify if this is authentic or not. Called Jet.com, they refused to refund or replace, because "it is over 30 days". Try to save $5 while $70 was lost, a good lesson for me.
I will never shop here again. I received my sofa damaged and the only thing the able to do is refund my money. After they received the damage product. Then for me to recorder the item if they have it in stock
Five days after placing order I received an Email stating my order had been canceled. Item should have been delivered in two days. No reason for the cancelation was given. You know the old saying about an offer to good to be true, well here is the proof. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!
I typed in to order OptiFree Daily cleaner. Little did I know that the item had been discontinued and Jet.com substituted this item. I was very disappointed to learn that Jet.com would not allow me to return them. Now I'm stuck with $37 in supplies I am allergic too. Shame on you, Jet.com
I placed an order and was charged at the submit button, my order is coming in 3 different shipments. Noticed 3 more charges on my card from Jet.com on top of my first initial payment. When I questioned this they said they authorize the purchase and also charge you again when the order ships and I would have to wait 3 to 5 days for the authorization hold to be released! So for a week I will be paying double for the items I ordered! Never again will I order from them!
Thought I was buying a set of front and rear floor liners for my car because that was what the description said. Even the product code was for the set of front and back floor mats.
However I received only the front floor liner.
When contacted, jet said that the product description on the website was incorrect. They offered to refund my money once I send the product back. Said it would take 10 to 14 business days for the refund.
I am just keeping the expensive front floor mat, as I have now no trust in their return/refund process.
If they messed up the order they may mess up the return and refund.
And I got it next day. I tried to order this same product, ground golden flaxseed, on Amazon but the delivery wasn't for two weeks and no option except a shipping fee of $6.95! And I'm an Amazon Prime member. What? So I googled this same brand and came across Jet.com who had it in stock, free shipping.
Maybe they had a rough start but definitely my first purchase was perfect.
My order arrived a week later than they said. The chocolate bars inside were melted into round lumps and the bag of cat food was so damaged that I couldn't even find it at first. It was on the bottom so crushed that the food inside was powdered, like someone had stomped it with boots.
