I called for days trying to find out where my order was. They kept telling me they can't check on orders or contact their suppliers. I finally had to beg to get a refund for an order I never received. Don't bother ordering from here, just order from Amazon.com, they know how to treat customers!
I just attempted my first order with Jet. I received a coupon in the mail good for $10 off my 1st 3 orders of $35 or more. I am a regular (almost daily) Amazon customer and thought Jet would be similar. No way! The coupon code would not work so I went to the chat, figuring they would make it right. Not so - and I was disconnected. I emailed the help line. They responded right away (to their credit) then went on to tell me the coupon was not honored because "the maximum number of people used it already". Nowhere on the coupon was any such maximum stated, only an expiration date almost 2 months in the future. No offer to make it right (as Amazon would have done). Very disappointed and will probably not add Jet to my list of online providers.
Thought I was buying a set of front and rear floor liners for my car because that was what the description said. Even the product code was for the set of front and back floor mats.
However I received only the front floor liner.
When contacted, jet said that the product description on the website was incorrect. They offered to refund my money once I send the product back. Said it would take 10 to 14 business days for the refund.
I am just keeping the expensive front floor mat, as I have now no trust in their return/refund process.
If they messed up the order they may mess up the return and refund.
Have placed several orders without problems until the last one... the product order was fulfilled by another supplier... a bogus tracking number was provided and the item never shipped. When I contacted Jet they had no idea if or when it would ship... Asked for a refund and of course I had to contact them a second time to actually get it... Staying away from this site from now on... not worth the hassle
Priced items place on your cart by magic go up in price when you try to check out. Called and I was told that prices fluctuate, really, go figure. Surprised no Class Action Suit on this POS company.
My order arrived a week later than they said. The chocolate bars inside were melted into round lumps and the bag of cat food was so damaged that I couldn't even find it at first. It was on the bottom so crushed that the food inside was powdered, like someone had stomped it with boots.
The COO that worked for Jet.com now runs walmart in the US, so stop with the crying sissies! Also if they are confirming with pictures of ID and CC and a electric bill, that is a good thing, it helps prevent CC fraud... morons! Lastly if they sell you something, the person on the phone is not at the jet warehouse and has no idea of the inventory, and so much is sold so fast, that an item you ordered might be out of stock when they get to your order, they then refund the money... So shut up! Oh P.S. jet doesn't take your money and then cancel an order, they hold the amount until identity is confirmed, just like any other company! All the people making horrible posts about this company are either ignorant, arrogant, or just plain old fashioned! I love jet.com, bet prices when the items are in stock! Broke people shouldn't order stuff if they can't deal with a possible refund or out of stock issue!
Cheaper item sent and no apology. They ran out of the advertised item so they substituted a cheaper item thinking they would get away with it.
Will never purchase from Jet again.
I bought a product from them only to find out its not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Stay away.
I placed an order with them because they sent me a card good for $10 off on my first three orders over $35. When it came time to check out the promo code wouldn't work - placed the order anyway and contacted customer support to apply the $10 credit. They said the promo was no longer good because too many people had already used it. They could not credit me my $10. Will never do business with them again!
Supervisor was not apologetic, very long winded -had to ask if I can talk. 2 CSR's reviewed my question thru email as I was charged twice for a product. I ordered 2 by accident in 2 minutes. Supervisor was not open to my suggestion to have an automated email sent with unique subject line to please confirm if you wanted to order 2 of this order- I like Amazon much better. So they've lost a customer over $57. Order - I order all the time from Amazon. They're loss.
I ordered a bunch of food items, since I didn't feel like walking around a store. My hip was bothering me. One item came in a tiny box, and was fine. The rest, including a box of eggs; were put into the biggest box possible, with ice bags on top. The delivery man could not get the box out himself, so my husband helped him. The bananas were bruised, and my eggs broken. Both on bottom? Covered with other heavy items? Jet did give me back the money for the eggs; but their method of using one big box is stupid. I went back to Amazon, because I prefer their method of packaging. You just return the green bags they use. I might use Jet for items, that are not breakable, but no longer any fresh items.
Now, now i know this internet shopping biz and the materialistic world we live in.
But, JET, the time i invest to study, read and to purchase a product, what ever it is do not inform me of an item that supposed to be in stock but is not.
First i found the pair of items to purchase (fill out your Reg,) and all the info to make transaction just to find out after every single process was completed, then to find out it was NOT IN STOCK. It's alright you will never have my patronage, no matter how great a POP UP deal comes across. P.S. For about $10 more i found the pair i was looking for and the $10 more was well worth it. You will not last long, Reviews are catching up on your business practices, YOU simply are not too concerned for the very people that feed you, remember that. Now i have to find time to exit out of your data base.

I like Jet. I have bought household supplies & stable food items in bulk & saved money. I compare their prices on each item I buy with other sites. If it's cheaper or comparable I buy it. Your prices keep going down the more you add to your box. They often have good discounts to apply. You have to be careful though. Some items are great bargains & other items are way cheaper at my local store. So I shop very carefully with them & I think I am saving a lot of money & hassle. The convenience is great & their website is top notch & operated beautifully.
They were great before walmart bought them, prices went up 40%, I guess they didn't want the competition and don't really care if anyone orders...
I received my first order, and everything seems fine. The only complaint I have is the ridiculous packaging! I now have seven cold packs I don't know what to do with, can't put them in the trash as the garbage man charges by weight. Three bags of dry ice giving off gases in my front yard, and two huge bags of this weird padding with plastic over it, bubble bags, etc., taking up almost a whole garbage bag. The large bottle of vinegar was intelligently and environmenatlly correctly wrapped in paper products and did not suffer any damage, but ironically, the two small plastic containers of Italian cheese were busted and the shredded cheese was all over the place. I was able to put most of it into Tupperware, but small plastic shards are still about the kitchen. Can anything be done about this? Can one request abbreviated packaging? Probably not.
Chicken was delicious, and the fresh produce was fresh. I do like the experience of not going to the market where I often shop while hungry, and where I always impulse buy, so I think that over time, I will save money. I was a bit shocked to see that it is technically owned by Walmart. But, it comes down to dough, and dough is what I will save if things continue to function well.
Heavy items like bottled water, dog food in bulk bags, and canned goods are inconvenient to carry. It is nice to have it brought in by someone else for a change.
On my first purchase from this site they made a mistake and promised to resolve the issue.
Time went by and after several emails back and forth, they decided to simply cancel my order and refund my money.
Worst part is that when I told them how unprofessional they were for not trying to help me and solve my problem, they went back to their terms of use which say: "Pricing errors, out-of-stock and other errors occasionally occur on the Jet Sites. We reserve the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, out of stock errors or other errors at any time without further obligation to you, including after you have received a confirmation of your order."
In other words, if they screw up, they will not assume responsibility. They will simply cancel and face their backs at you. Shameful!
Never buying from this website again.
Jet seems to be in competition with it's owner Walmart. Apple to apple comparisons will result in Walmart being slightly cheaper and quicker on shipping for some strange reason. Who's running this asylum?
I ordered a grill on 7-25-17 and it was supposed to arrive by 8-2-17. I tried getting tracking information but their tracking link didn't work. I had to call JET and they emailed me a direct link to ESTES where I could view it. 8-2-17 came and gone, no call from the shipping company or delivery. I checked the tracking info and it said it was in the city where I live. 8-8-17 I checked it again wondering why it hadn't been delivered. Now it is in another city 80 miles away. I called JET and they got ahold of ESTES and got it straightened out. 8-9-17 I called JET and told them I just wanted to cancel the order because I am pissed by now, the time had come and gone for me to use the grill. 30 minutes later I got a call from Cross Country Carriers and said the grill was back in my city and they were going to deliver it 8-10-17. I called JET back and said I would accept it. 8-10 Cross Country calls me and says they have my grill on the dock but its not a grill, its a PLAYSET, and they are going to refuse it because its the wrong product JET sent. By now im furious. I called JET again! I told them what happened and I said I think they should make this right with me and ship me a grill overnight. They said they have no way to ship it overnight, and they will just refund me my money. No apology, no compensation of any sort and they weren't even trying to make this right with me... I will NEVER use JET again, I would definately recommend AMAZON even if they are a little more expensive, you will not have the problems you do with JET.
I HAVE BEEN USING JET FOR SOME TIME NOW. I STARTED USING THEM FOR DOG FOOD 30 IB BAG RIGHT TO MY FRONT DOOR- NO HEAVY LIFTING! I THEN TRIED GROCERIES, SO WELL PACKED. THE REFRIGERATED ITEMS ARE PACKED IN DRY ICE. THEY CARRY COSTCO ITEMS, EVEN SOME BULK ITEMS. I PURCHASED LUGGAGE, NOT TOP OF THE LINE BUT A GREAT PRICE. I EVEN PURCHASED A PUMP FOR MY POOL COVER. THEY CARRY MAKE UP AND VITAMINS, IF YOU KNOW YOUR PRICES THEN YOU KNOW IF ITS A GOOD DEAL, THEY GIVE YOU TRACKING, ORDERS ARRIVE VERY QUICKLY. I LOVE THEM, I AM HOOKED!
