I worked for J. Crew while getting my masters degree and certification as a teacher. They saw my value and put me and I QA so I could monitor the associates on the floor. Qvc never saw my value simply because the time of my cost was over what they expected. I have honestly decided to go to lawyers to get them reported for their inability to accurately judge the value of their employees. This was the worst experience I've ever had as an employee. I'm spreading that everywhere.

Ordered the Kansas City Ribeyes and where the worst steaks I tasted. Didn't look like the one shown on TV the bait and switch scam. Very thin weight them only weighed 8 oz instead of 9 oz. So much grizzle on them made them though. Called QVC no help. This has been going on slot lately ordering stuff and get inferior product. My dogs wouldn't even eat them turned their noses up on them. Contacted Kansas City got some lame excuse that they not responsible since ordered thru QVC got their name on box when came in. I think QVC and Kansas City are both scammers stay away from both! Even Kansas City won't honor their 100%garantee. Both companies a piece of crap!

Worst customer service on both sides QVC and Kansas City steaks. Both companies are BAIT AND SWITCH CON ARTIST!

My coat ripped 2 days after having it and I told them and haven't back from them. It's been like 4 months since I bought it. I'm still buying stuff using buy now pay later but I will never spend over a 100.00 on a coat from them again. Next yr I'll buy my coat from someone else. I just kept using a ripped coat

I bought a 7 1/2 foot Home Reflections Christmas tree. Which is a QVC company. I'm still under warranty. After numerous emails and sending pictures to Home Relections they referred me back to QVC. After five phone calls to QVC I was told they couldn't honor the warranty. I've been shopping with QVC for over 20 years, it's not the QVC it used to be. QVC doesn't stand behind their product or their customers. People don't take the chance with this product.
If I could give -0 I would! I never received the robot vacuum I ordered. I reported right away. Then they said UPS marked it delievered. No one ever helped and said they cannot do anything and closed acct and marked me of abuse for not paying and sent me to COLLECTION! I asked them to show proof that it was delievered and they could not. Now I'm left with something to pay on my credit report. This is why QVC has law suites against them. Even from employees! So, thanks for not helping in finding a resolution!

Basically, I like the service. I love the wide variety of products they offer and the best part is that they provide a easy payment option per month.
Was on hold for over 15 minutes nobody then picked up I would never order from them again! If you don't have enough operators then don't offer products!

When I buy something there is no shipping label or receipt and have to wait 10 days for the label. I am disgusted with you people changing host around for no reason. I am not watching In the Kitchen with David anymore because of the host change. He had a great team and now you move them all over the place. I would never done that and I have been in retail 30 yrs and would have gotten rid of 2 people that I don't like as host. These 2 people think they are clowns. Hire responsible host from now on. O decided not to buy from you anymore. Paying up my easy or flex pay and done with you!
I purchased a pair of sneakers they were clearence but $ 90.00. You hear the host say repeatedly no worries if they don't fit we will take them back. Try and buy with easy pay. We'll it's a lie. I purchased a half size bigger and they were still to small. Guess what no return allowed. I have been a customer of QVC for years. Not any more. Buyer's beware.
QVC had a good reputation at one time. Ordered boots that came in a broken box, wrong color and worn.

I put my full mailing address for the delivery address but the lazy person at QVC did not put the Ste # so I guess I will not get my packiage because the stupid person did not put the Ste on my order. 😡😡😡🤬

Each person kept saying sure we will send you that return label right out. It's no problem to switch up for a half of size. I have waited for 3 weeks still no return label. Finally my last time I spoke with someone on chat and they said that she was non returnable so a waste of money and 3 weeks and horrible lying customer service

This company is very unstable very shady not informative?use caution and protect you're saving bonds saving accounts and any other valueable assets they will con you're mother in Law if you allow these black market crooks to much slack they do for them selves and do not have the interest of normal consumers or people? " QVC does not have the personal to offer what everyone wants so it's unacceptable to deal with QVC on a irregular basis because to many times before QVC is a typical snakes oil sales company that would gladly sell the lotion for snakes skinny consumers are recommended to do business with QVC but keep these con artist on a short leash and be sure to ask the authorities for access to a Steel Clad combination Safe state of the art 2023 to protect you the consumers recipt

If I could put zero stars I would! The first time purchasing from QVC. Yes I received my item but then I returned it because it just wasn't something that was needed. They receive their product I never received my payment back got on the phone with a customer service rep She told me that I was supposed to call when they receive the item nowhere does it state that She also stated that if I called after I brought it to the place to send it back once that label scanned in she could have gave me my money in 30 minutes again nowhere in their return policy does it tell you to do that. But she couldn't give me my money in 30 minutes on the phone just now!? It states after it is sent to their building and delivered that my refund should be there in three business days 5 to 7 the longest. 7 days go by still no money back on my card so I call them and they sit there and proceed to tell me that I was supposed to call them once they received the item REALLY SINCE WHEN!?. Then after she tells me it's going to take another 5 to 7 days for me to get my refund back another five to seven days.
I feel they like to make up stories in order for you not to get your money back absolutely will never order from this place ever again! All I know is if they refuse to give me my money back but I gave him their product back in the same condition they sent it. That is considered theft and they won't like the outcome!
Why are the clothes they are selling made in Vietnam and very high priced poor quality when you get them

I tried to order a MacBook my bank account was charged $300 and some change then they sent me an email stating my order was cancelled I called and asked why they said they ran a credit check on me which I never authorized to be ran and all they had was my debit card number and address so I'm curious how they would even know anything about my credit with just that information... Nice scam they are running here

Had a problem, shipping address changed without my knowledge. Called QVC. 1st call, was told to investigate it myself. 2nd call
20 mins on hold the hung up on. 3rd call accused of changing info myself. 3rd time trying to get items I paid for.
I wrote the CEO. Very dissatisfied, unhappy, insulted and frustrated. Get your house in order or you will lose business. (I still haven't received my items.)

When QVC ships using 2 different companies, i.e. UPS shipped but delivered USPS system may change the shipping address. (Refer to the attachment in my review)

After being a QVC customer for years, my account is locked. When contacting customer service they simply say, they are not clear why it happened and they can't reverse it. Never seen a company sending away its customers.
Ordered the human dog beds in Aug, Never received, no credit received, even though promised. No reply.

I purchased 5 Limitless power pro go power banks at a cost of $38.52 each. Four out of the five units all fell apart, the power prong falling out of each unit. No misuse, no man-handling, just plug in, remove plug a few times. First one, ok, but then it happened with all of them. Customer Service rep issued me a $30.00 credit, with little to no compassion. I will never purchase from QVC again. I have been a very good customer for many many years and have never once called to complain when the items would not last, but this is outrageous. QVC has lost a very good customer.
Better hope you do not have an issue with them or Synchrony Bank, have been dealing with this issue since November of 2022, yes it is September of 2023 and I'm still having to call them every month as I do not owe them anything. I have emails from disputes saying they refunded my ez payments and that all future charges have been removed but yet I receive an email every month saying I missed a payment. When I call QVC they say its a Synchrony issue and to call them. When I call Synchrony they say it's a QVC issue and to call them.
