Last Friday, Black Friday, around 6-7 p.m. I found these boots on sale for $41.49 a pair and I ordered a brown pair and a black pair; the order came to $82.98 plus tax. I looked at my saved order and they charged me $165.96 plus tax, they said I ordered them Saturday and there was no discount like that. I will never order from this company ever again and I want people to see what kind of business they are running. They should be looked at.
I bought 2 sets of a popular QVC pottery baking series. The first time they get wet, they craze heavily and get dark stains in the cracks. They become unusable and I have to throw them out.
Very expensive mistake! QVC c/s refused to help, they said it happens sometimes that there is a bad batch and oh wellllll...
Crappiest kitchenware ever. This was my first & last purchase from this ripoff company.
I bought two pairs of shoes, but one fit and the other didn't. When I returned the pair that didn't fit, I was charged $12.05 for shipping. I'm very disappointed with QVC's return policy. This experience has made me appreciate stores like Amazon, which provide free shipping for returns through kiosks.
I worked for J. Crew while getting my masters degree and certification as a teacher. They saw my value and put me and I QA so I could monitor the associates on the floor. Qvc never saw my value simply because the time of my cost was over what they expected. I have honestly decided to go to lawyers to get them reported for their inability to accurately judge the value of their employees. This was the worst experience I've ever had as an employee. I'm spreading that everywhere.
When I buy something there is no shipping label or receipt and have to wait 10 days for the label. I am disgusted with you people changing host around for no reason. I am not watching In the Kitchen with David anymore because of the host change. He had a great team and now you move them all over the place. I would never done that and I have been in retail 30 yrs and would have gotten rid of 2 people that I don't like as host. These 2 people think they are clowns. Hire responsible host from now on. O decided not to buy from you anymore. Paying up my easy or flex pay and done with you!
Just a heads up that this co. Is now forcing it's employees to try and sell you extra stuff and if they don't meet this goal they will be fired even if they have been here over 25 years. I know some of ya'll don't like to be ask if you would like to order something exra but they are forcing the order takers and CS by threatning their jobs.
David
What is up with his wrist pumping everybody?
It is rude unwelcoming and unprofessional.
Reminder - and it is no longer covid season.
The happy dance comes across very silly to viewers and consumers spending hundreds of dollars.
Its distracting
I never really shopped from a tv website before but when they offered me a $50.00 credit to open a charge account and they had a product I wanted, I said why not? Big mistake! It has been 2 months since I opened the account, no $50.00 credit. I have called them 15 times, still no credit. I was not happy with my purchase either. I finally had to resort to writing to their corporate office. No response yet. My advice, stay away from this company. Their products are way overpriced and they charge ridiculous S&H on everything, even if you buy more than one item. They even charge for returns, and won't let you cancel an order because they will say it's too late. I am one unhappy individual. QVC is a sham!
If I could give -0 I would! I never received the robot vacuum I ordered. I reported right away. Then they said UPS marked it delievered. No one ever helped and said they cannot do anything and closed acct and marked me of abuse for not paying and sent me to COLLECTION! I asked them to show proof that it was delievered and they could not. Now I'm left with something to pay on my credit report. This is why QVC has law suites against them. Even from employees! So, thanks for not helping in finding a resolution!
I bought a 7 1/2 foot Home Reflections Christmas tree. Which is a QVC company. I'm still under warranty. After numerous emails and sending pictures to Home Relections they referred me back to QVC. After five phone calls to QVC I was told they couldn't honor the warranty. I've been shopping with QVC for over 20 years, it's not the QVC it used to be. QVC doesn't stand behind their product or their customers. People don't take the chance with this product.
Ordered the Kansas City Ribeyes and where the worst steaks I tasted. Didn't look like the one shown on TV the bait and switch scam. Very thin weight them only weighed 8 oz instead of 9 oz. So much grizzle on them made them though. Called QVC no help. This has been going on slot lately ordering stuff and get inferior product. My dogs wouldn't even eat them turned their noses up on them. Contacted Kansas City got some lame excuse that they not responsible since ordered thru QVC got their name on box when came in. I think QVC and Kansas City are both scammers stay away from both! Even Kansas City won't honor their 100%garantee. Both companies a piece of crap!
Was on hold for over 15 minutes nobody then picked up I would never order from them again! If you don't have enough operators then don't offer products!
I purchased 5 Limitless power pro go power banks at a cost of $38.52 each. Four out of the five units all fell apart, the power prong falling out of each unit. No misuse, no man-handling, just plug in, remove plug a few times. First one, ok, but then it happened with all of them. Customer Service rep issued me a $30.00 credit, with little to no compassion. I will never purchase from QVC again. I have been a very good customer for many many years and have never once called to complain when the items would not last, but this is outrageous. QVC has lost a very good customer.
Googled a pair of boots I really wanted. Same exact boot on sale about 40% off everywhere else, Nordstrom, etc... but they were still full price, but sadly the only place with my size. I finally reached them, because even high end stores and sites will price match or ship faster for free, not them. No way at all to speak to a live person on the phone, have to Chat which can take a very long time.
QVC as a whole is now very unorganized.
I placed an order during their July sales; a (2) pitcher set and a sweater dress.
I use Firefox on a norm, the chat doesn't open. The online chat only seems to work on internet explorer, which freezes and closes the webpage for me. Thus, I called on 4 separate occasions during apparent store hours; leaving 2 voice messages and calling the number left on the order invoice and on the QVC website.
To this day, I haven't received a response. Instead my account that has been active and ordering for over 4 years was suddenly closed.
My sister (an avid shopper) managed to contact them via chat using Microsoft Edge was told they're very busy at the moment fulfilling orders. She luckily got to keep her account.
QVC, if you know during certain times of the year there's an influx of orders- I implore you to hire more seasonal representatives.
Bought some plants from QVC that were not really great but hoping they will take with a little tlc. Bought a solar powered duck for my garden I am over the moon with it.It was reasonably priced and really pretty. Would have given 5 stars if the plants had come up to scratch.
Made an order before New Year and hasn't arrived. Tracking stopped on 6th January 2016. Hermes cannot tell me anything and QVC also say nothing, they do not even try to trace item by calling Hermes. Now have to wait for a replacement, which will be too late for my sister's birthday.
Also Hermes do not deliver door to door, they leave items with building handymen at their office and I have to collect, which is difficult being disabled.
I purchased a pair of sneakers they were clearence but $ 90.00. You hear the host say repeatedly no worries if they don't fit we will take them back. Try and buy with easy pay. We'll it's a lie. I purchased a half size bigger and they were still to small. Guess what no return allowed. I have been a customer of QVC for years. Not any more. Buyer's beware.
I made my first QVC purchase in 1990 and have made many purchases from them since then. However, in the last couple of years, I've stopped buying from them. Their prices are way too high! I used to love the Denim & Co. Line of clothing because it was well-made and reasonably priced. Just a few minutes ago I was looking at a print jersey knit top, nothing really special about it, but it cost $51.15! Over $50 for a t-shirt - that's outrageous! I understand why they put everything on easy pay, it's the only way most people can afford to buy anything from them. Personally, I won't be buying anything from QVC, not only because of the high prices, but because the "Q" in their name no longer stands for quality. I refuse to pay high-end department store prices for discount quality items.
Answer: No. Because QVC doesn't manufacture their own items; they redistribute other companies' products. Hence the heavy price tags.
Answer: Amazon offers many products found at QVC for better $$$ and easier delivery. QVC does have some good BOGO sales, but their shipping and handling AND taxes are prohibited. And you're looking at another 10 bucks to return 90% of their items. More than $10 for larger items and shoes. Shop elsewhere if you can. Also, QVC doesn't distribute coupon codes.
Answer: Ye my gram passed away like 5 yrs ago and she used it for maybe 10 yrs.
QVC has a rating of 2.6 stars from 480 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with QVC most frequently mention credit card, business days and long time. QVC ranks 319th among Bath & Body sites.
