Pay your payments on time every month and without written warning you wind up in collections. No email, no letter, no message on payment account website, no voicemail, nothing. Worst company ever, will never ever use them. Surprised they are not out of business or have a class action lawsuit against them judging from the many complaints online.

I wish every customer service department worked liked the one at QVC. No outsourcing to third world countries, just friendly customer oriented service like the good old days. Shipping is reasonable or free and if you aren't happy, send it back. Thanks, QVC.

Still Waiting...

Had a problem, shipping address changed without my knowledge. Called QVC. 1st call, was told to investigate it myself. 2nd call
20 mins on hold the hung up on. 3rd call accused of changing info myself. 3rd time trying to get items I paid for.
I wrote the CEO. Very dissatisfied, unhappy, insulted and frustrated. Get your house in order or you will lose business. (I still haven't received my items.)

I like QVC because of the wide variety of stuff, pretty reasonable prices, and entertainment value of hanging out and watching their corrresponding shop-at-home tv channel. It is a nice way to treat yourself. Once I ordered a large, expensive jewelry box which I never received. From following the UPS tracking, I think it was probably stolen off my doorstep. QVC sent a replacement, no problem. They are very nice about returns, customer service and such. Very nice.

Beware
March 9, 2023

First time buyer. Waiting over a month for purchase. QVC cannot tell me status of order nor allow me to cancel since they are a clearing house for 3rd party sellers. Save yourself the headache and shop at a reputable site. I know I will.

Nice experience

Purchased a facial brush on credit from here. Really nice product and low monthly payments. What i didnt like was that they do not send emails when you make a payment not did i have an account to look up my order. So i had to keep track of how much i had paid for every month. I would buy from here again

I ordered a laptop on Mar. 6,2016. Estimated delivery, Mar. 18,2016. Today, Mar. 21,2016, I called customer service, they said it is in transit. Could not give me an estimated date. Paperwork said order cancelled by sender. I asked to speak to someone higher up. Customer service left me ON HOLD fo 30 minutes! I hung up. QVC doesn't care.

I had an account with the above company until last year. They closed my account due to me returning the items I didn't like. The 30 day money back guarantee Rule. I understand that I can return any item I wasn't happy with but you have to keep a certain amount of ordered items they don't keep banging boot that bit when they are encouraging to try anything. Be warned it's not as good as you are lead to believe. Watch this space as I have just placed another order which I received?

I am crazy about their clothing and buy quite a bit of it. They have "easy pay" specials, where you pay on an item for about three months. Their cookware is very good. I do have to criticize their electronics. The items are sometimes on close-out at local electronics stores, Target, K-Mart, Walmart, etc They are not always a great value. The cooking show with David Venable is really good. Their shipping is good. Customer service and sales staff are excellent. A little pricey on clothes.

My goodness. They sure make every product seem like something you must have but each is really based on the quality standards of the seller. You don't really know what you are getting till it arrives because they present each item as perfect and a must have. You really need to know what you are looking for in order to not be disappointed. Hit and miss.

I have been waiting over 5 weeks for my order haven't received it yet. One order I ordered it was supposed to Isaac Mizzrahi pitch Black top, I was sent a solid white top the wrong item but on the outside of the package it said pitch Black. They have no quality control or good customer service.

Mostly great. At one time you would get a letter if you returned a certain percent of items. But I found the sizing is not consistent between some brands. I stopped ordering for awhile and then started back. Since this practice is totally the opposite of what the hostesses say, "try it, you have 30 days to return" this practice might have dtopped.

NEVER SHOP QVC

My mothers experience with QVC has been so horrendous I will never shop QVC and will never recommend it. Customer service is terrible. She bought a 1k massage chair that advertised easy as pie free shipping. The day the chair was initially stated to be delivered is not even the case that's when the company they hire to deliver gets the chair. My mother took off work two separate dates from work chair was never delivered, no one ever contacted her. She called this company over 30 xs. QVC was trying to refuse to contact them she said well what if I return the chair since I haven't received it how do you get your chair back... they call them... Finally receives the chair today. HATES IT. They say it will be $200 to return it. WORST EVER!

This is the first time I ordered anything from QVC. I picked the free shipping option. Said 4-5 business days. However I received it in just ONE day! I was amazed. The earrings I got were beautiful also! Very impressed!

We buy lots of items, and have had some stinkers, like a cuisinart wine cooler that died after a mos. But the clothing is fairly priced and some very good deals can be had on the laptops and other electronics.

Horrible

QVC is such a pain! Sometimes they have return labels included and other times they don't and make it impossible to get. Exchanges never seem to so they just charge a return and never exchange. Qualify terrible. Customer service can't do anything. So many other platforms with free returns, better quality and easier use!

Poor quality

I have ordered from this site a few times and find their products to be very inferior in some cases. They are over-priced and while they do offer monthly payments, I do not see the benefit of buying from this site at all.

I enjoy QVC very much probably too much. I also love their clothes,. I wish they would make many different types of styles of garment. Since floral and pattern is in there no solid colors. Not everyone is the same. I am 63 and have noticed the prices are getting to high and the quality of material is like what you would get in a department store. I can tell when you can see through the garment. I wish you would make more solid colors. I see something I like and it it's floral. Thank you

First time ordering on QVC. Ordered a 4 camera Blink security system. I already own a Blink system and found it to be good for the price. Happened to stumble onto QVC network and it was the special of the day. I ordered a second system for a second property I own. The package arrived with only 3 cameras, missing the camera that could rotate views. Called QVC and they said that it was directly shipped from Blink, and we needed to call Blink. The package indicated that it was shipped from QVC in South Carolina. Called Blink and they said we needed to call QVC. Asked for a manager and he said the same thing. Decided to return item to Blink for a refund. Shipping cost $6.95.
Will never ever again order anything form QVC.
