I used to shop at QVC a lot 10 years ago. I bought Northern Night sheets as one purchase. They were the best. So now, 2025, I decided I wanted another set. Well, there was a problem in shipping. I didn't even get correct item. I reordered. My first impression, these sheets don't look like the old Northern Night sheets. Thread count is a lot lower. I washed them and put on bed. They are "itchy". I researched the sheets for google reviews, and come to find out, the company is now making sheets in China. They were in Portugal, better textile manufacturing places before. Qvc asked for my review, and I gave them one. My review is not on website. Only have 5 - 5 star reviews. Qvc removed the bad reviews. Go figure.
I have been buying from QVC for years. I have bought several quality pieces of jewelry that I got at a good price. I have also bought clothes and shoes from QVC which were of good quality. It is a good place to shop for name brands like Birkenstock and Dooney & Burke. I have also gotten household items and cookbooks from QVC. You can always find something that is unusual and that is what I like about the company. I never had any billing issues or problems with customer service either.
