I have been shopping with QVC for a couple of years. There are a few products that the quality looks better on TV than in person, but have kept them anyway. My main objection with them is the hosts, other vendors, and maybe other staff are able to purchase the merchandise before the customers. When the host is showing the product and says they bought one in a color that is sold out it makes me angry. The customers that are paying full price plus S&H should have first opportunity to buy the item. Or the host should not say that they have purchased the item. Other hosts also comment that host name has bought one or more of the items. It is not very considerate of them towards customers.
I shop on QVC weekly. Love the site. Customer Service Repreps are excellent. They are always friendly and helpful ordering and answering questions. I order on line most of the time. Computer friendly.
QVC IS FAMOUS FOR PEDDLING A BUNCH OF CLOSE OUT CRAP, THAT PEOPLE THINK THERE GETTING A GREAT DEAL ON. WHEN YOU ACTUALLY ADD UP COST WITH THEIR EXTRAS YOUR BETTER OFF GOING TO A STORE AND ACTUALLY BUYING THE PRODUCT. THERE RETURN POLICY IS A JOKE. LOVE OR RETURN IT, YEAH AFTER I HAVE TO PAY SOME RIDICULOUS SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGE. You are better off shopping at Costco or Bed bath and beyond. Final thought QVC does not stand behind their products!

They claim love it or return it. I got a letter tracking my returns and telling me to read the descriptions and watch the videos. I can hear. They say return the item. Hate QVC. I've spent lots of money and never got a thank you. Only got a letter telling me they track my returns. They lost my family as customers. Worst company and terrible customer service. Do not shop with them.
I am crazy about their clothing and buy quite a bit of it. They have "easy pay" specials, where you pay on an item for about three months. Their cookware is very good. I do have to criticize their electronics. The items are sometimes on close-out at local electronics stores, Target, K-Mart, Walmart, etc They are not always a great value. The cooking show with David Venable is really good. Their shipping is good. Customer service and sales staff are excellent. A little pricey on clothes.
We have all been there sitting awake at 3am watching the knife sets, the dolls, those "But Wait! There's More!" type of programs. God how I love them! I think when I finally kick the bucket my kids will go into my spare room and find just a wall of QVC boxes. They will know why there is no money left hahaha!
Don't order anything liquid. Like $60 bottles of WEN shampoo if the temp will fall below freezing. My shampoo froze and never returned to normal consistency. Also it's not the shipping that takes for ever. It's QVC. They move like snails getting your merchandise out. A few years ago if you ordered something from them, it was on your porch the next day. I'm not sure why but any name brand, high end item I have ever ordered from them always breaks within a year or two. Rowenta irons, kitchen aid toasters... I replace them from a department store and they last forever?
I have just started to review my billing... normally just glance at my bill and pay what is due, mostly because I have been very ill and just trusted QVC. I'm not saying they are wrong, but I have gone over and over my bills from them lately... especially when something has been returned by me... and I just don't understand how they are figuring it out. I returned something... that was REALLY when I became thoroughly confused. I just wondered how many people understand their bills!
They beg people to buy their things that don't even fit after the course of a week.
I've gotten a few things from here, but prices are inflated and shipping is slow. There are some great unique items - I got an Oven Beer Can Chicken baker that I love.
I no longer shop there. The prices are astronomical and the quality is down.
QVC is kind of good website. But the changed their shipping. That is not suitable for customers.
They changed their shipping costs but it actually costs even more with change. And you pay full return cost unless you do it yourself which can save you tons. Now if i see something on QVC I check Amazon for it and use my prime account.
It was located within a mile when I lived in DE. Have so many nice things!

Being able to enjoy many top of the line electronics without going broke in the process, is awesome. QVC offers 3,4 & even 5 equal payment plans on some items. It's been easier to divide the payments instead of paying all at once.
