I made a purchase, and after waiting for two weeks of seeing "your package is on its way "
I tracked the package to find that it was returned to QVC for undeliverable address which was not my address. I was not notified that it was denied or that they canceled the shipment.
I called customer service to find out what The problem was and why now all of a sudden UPS couldn't find my house. Apparently QVC had the right street house number but a different city and state. How that happened I have no idea. The CS rep was perplexed but assured me she corrected the address and I would receive the item, but not until the end of the month. I placed the order the previous month. I was not happy to have to wait so long as the problem was on their end, not mine. So I wait and finally get the email that my item has shipped. And again its is going to another statte, not mine. I once again had to call customer service and wait on hold forever to explain the problem yet again. This rep continued to ask me questions like why I put a Virginia address on my shipping,, when did I live in Virginia? Who did I know that lived in Virginia, was I sure I didn't put thsat address like I was being interrogated. I think I would know if I lived in another state. So she said she corrected the problem and I would get my order on a later date, than the previous rep told me. After getting the notification that my item shipped o Virginia once more I reluctantly called the customer service again. Wait on hold again. Then explain the problem all over again. This time the rep was actually pleasant and helpful and told me the problem was solved. Forgot to mention the previous rep told me itit was UPS tproblem, QVC said it was UPS problem. That back-and-forth was more time wasted. Yeah, the same thing happens, my item goes to Virginia. Called
Customer Service again. I got a lovely lady whol
Spoke in a very loud condescending manner
Inferring that I caused the problem supplying the wrong address. Now, even if that was true, that doesn't explain the many calls and wasted time. So I had another item that Ii ordered after this fiasco began. That too was also sent to Virginia two times. So while trying to correct that problem on the phone with an agentt out of frustration as you can imagine I told them to cancel that order! The more I thought about it, why should I miss out on an item that I really wanted? I should've been given an apology which none of them did, and a discount for all the aggravation and waste of time, I spent on this, BUT NO DISCOUNT, NO APOLOGY FOR WASTING MY TIME, NO, LET ME SEE WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU SINCE YOU'VE BEEN SUCH A GOOD CUSTOMER.
So unless you have a lot of time to waste and like to deal with rude people who can't problem solve other than to blame you stay away from QVC! Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Never again, and I will advise my friends and family to do the same. K
