Disappointed
February 26, 2022

I have been shopping at QVC on and off for some years but in the last few years I have to ask (What Is Going On QVC)? The handling of the returns are horrible. I have received orders that look as if someone took someone else's return and threw it in a bag and shipped it. I am still waiting for my refunds on items I sent back 45 days ago. Some show returned but no refund. This process is unacceptable. I have contacted customer service just to hear it will be refunded... still waiting. Please get it together QVC.

QVC makes shopping easy!

I do not like fighting crowds anymore at the stores. I was in need of a small appliance and upon searching for it online saw that QVC had what I was looking for. I could get a complete description of it and also a video. One of the reasons I love QVC is they have great prices on their products but important to me is the fact they let you make easy affordable payments while going ahead and using the product you needed. That is great for a person who can't afford to pay all at once. They also have easy returns of needed. I will be using their website again!

I have shopped on QVC for years. Never been disappointed.Not only are their prices fair and the products quality but they offer up interest free financing, ship items promptly, and offer a no question money back guarantee. Change your mind? No longer want the product? Just send it back and get your money back!

Long time shopper

For years, these guys are good at getting you to buy what you don't need, but they are even better at accepting returns for products that have legitimate returns (wrong size, fit, color, broken, not as pictured, etc.). A model for on line shopping.

For me, I only found one problem with QVC, they have too many super items for to be able to afford. I bought a number of Christmas items from them that you can't find anywhere else. Everybody loved. My husband also thinks that I buy too much jewelry! Sorry, but everything is so fantastic. Can't say how many items I bought, but I was always more than satisfied. Will continue to order from them!

Hosts buying products
November 29, 2015

I have been shopping with QVC for a couple of years. There are a few products that the quality looks better on TV than in person, but have kept them anyway. My main objection with them is the hosts, other vendors, and maybe other staff are able to purchase the merchandise before the customers. When the host is showing the product and says they bought one in a color that is sold out it makes me angry. The customers that are paying full price plus S&H should have first opportunity to buy the item. Or the host should not say that they have purchased the item. Other hosts also comment that host name has bought one or more of the items. It is not very considerate of them towards customers.

Not quality as expected nor as marketed on TV. Sizing is so wrong.
As for customer service is fine and helpful. Once the return was done they took a month to do refund I actually had to call and they double charge the shipping of $ 6.99... I see I should have read terms and conditions. So never again...

I have ordered from QVC many, many times and have always been thrilled with my purchase. I have never once returned anything. I love the fast you can buy and pay over time and they ship things really fast.

My complaint is lately they seem to have ZERO selection and inventory. I have shopped for a computer or laptop on a few occasions and there were hundreds of options. I have shopped for speakers, there were tons of options, I bought a ninja blender a long time ago, and was looking to buy another one or possibly some other small stuff for the kitchen, and the selection is horrible. No Ninja blenders at all... Also, used to be so much stuff you could pay for 4-5 or even 6 payments. Now, almost everything is only 3 payments.

I will likely still shop here, I love the site but I won't be buying much until they get a better selection and offer more payment options.

I have shopped at QVC for years - but I am finally done. Will not buy there again. Every few years that mess up my account and I become accountable for there incompetence. This time I tried to change a credit card on my account numerous times on line - then called them to have it changed. I though everything was fine until I was sent to collections because their system could not seem to handle a card number change.

Customer service

Ordered a pair of shoes. They arrived. I instantly tried to return them because they were so tight. I wanted a half a size up the exact same shoe. For 3 weeks I kept chatting emailing and calling. Each person kept saying sure we will send you that return label right out. It's no problem to switch up for a half of size. I have waited for 3 weeks still no return label. Finally my last time I spoke with someone on chat and they said that she was non returnable so a waste of money and 3 weeks and horrible lying customer service

They changed their shipping costs but it actually costs even more with change. And you pay full return cost unless you do it yourself which can save you tons. Now if i see something on QVC I check Amazon for it and use my prime account.

Unauthorized charges

I am tired of having to come and fix your mistakes. I have had an authorized charges on my credit card. I've had plenty of things sent to me that were wrong or used when I purchased them as new. I'm going to close my account.

I've been lucky in everything I bought from QVC. The quality has been outstanding and the price excellent. I usually buy things on QVC that are limited or special occasion items so its a lot of fun for holidays (Christmas/Easter, etc). Great quality and value!

After being a QVC customer for years, my account is locked. When contacting customer service they simply say, they are not clear why it happened and they can't reverse it. Never seen a company sending away its customers.

Over rated

ABC used to carry quality products in the beginning, but now they items are at best, sub par. The last few items I have purchased have fallen apart of just stopped working within 6 months. And now they charge YOU to return them! Disappointed to say the least

Don't order anything liquid. Like $60 bottles of WEN shampoo if the temp will fall below freezing. My shampoo froze and never returned to normal consistency. Also it's not the shipping that takes for ever. It's QVC. They move like snails getting your merchandise out. A few years ago if you ordered something from them, it was on your porch the next day. I'm not sure why but any name brand, high end item I have ever ordered from them always breaks within a year or two. Rowenta irons, kitchen aid toasters... I replace them from a department store and they last forever?
