I made my first QVC purchase in 1990 and have made many purchases from them since then. However, in the last couple of years, I've stopped buying from them. Their prices are way too high! I used to love the Denim & Co. Line of clothing because it was well-made and reasonably priced. Just a few minutes ago I was looking at a print jersey knit top, nothing really special about it, but it cost $51.15! Over $50 for a t-shirt - that's outrageous! I understand why they put everything on easy pay, it's the only way most people can afford to buy anything from them. Personally, I won't be buying anything from QVC, not only because of the high prices, but because the "Q" in their name no longer stands for quality. I refuse to pay high-end department store prices for discount quality items.

I ordered a Dyson Heater for my baby's room. In the winter it only gets to 64 degrees. I ordered on Feb. 12. I played phone tag with them for 5 days until i finally said, what do you want. They were calling to ask me what my address and phone number were and thought they had called me on a phone number I had 20 years ago. I asked what the problem was and why they were calling and they said there was no problem and they'd get the heater shipped out. It's now March 8 and my baby has been sleeping in 64 degree temps at night and maybe if I'm lucky, I'll get the package in the next few days just in time for the Spring warm up when I won't need it. These people are a joke! I will never use this ridiculous company again. I'd review the Heater, but I have yet to receive it a month later.

I first ordered a deal on QVC without much problem, but two days later, I could not sign in to track the order status. I left a note on their website, and they said they can't find my email on their system.

So I tried to contact with their online customer care personnel, she said my account is closed. She told me I should get my refund within 3 to 7 business days. When I demanded the reason, the lady said I must write a physical mail for that and terminated the conversation hastily.

Terrible customer service. During the last 1-2 years this company has gone downhill. They have been taking money recurring out of my bank for items i have already paid for. I am losing confidence in them and how they care for customers.

I put my full mailing address for the delivery address but the lazy person at QVC did not put the Ste # so I guess I will not get my packiage because the stupid person did not put the Ste on my order. 😡😡😡🤬

QVC may have been sold. Now they have taken to stealing from customer accounts and make you jump through hoops for weeks at a time processing "mistakes" from QVC billing.
Latest example: Removed funds 4 different times for same item over a 3-day period. 3 ez pay's and 1 total purchase amount. Numerous calls result in "wrong dept" "wrong person" etc etc... What a joke. This company used to be top notch. They should #1 fire all management, fire all work from home bs workers, and look to how they did business years ago.
Class action lawsuit will probably be end result.

Have been good customer for many years. Even ordered mattress years ago but now have medical problems and needed new mattress so ordered one again. This time was springs and cardboard, had hard time with 30 day return took many calls then after pick up took many calls for refund and only got refund of $99.00 when payment was around $300.00. This was not what I was lead to believe if needed to return, expected my money back not part of my money back and even if charge for pick up most stores only charge $50.00 not approx. $200.00. Don't buy mattress from QVC. I send a lot of business to QVC but no more. Very disappointed.

Return coat

My coat ripped 2 days after having it and I told them and haven't back from them. It's been like 4 months since I bought it. I'm still buying stuff using buy now pay later but I will never spend over a 100.00 on a coat from them again. Next yr I'll buy my coat from someone else. I just kept using a ripped coat

I have been fairly fortunate regarding quality of products. I have only had a couple orders that were not as advertised. My problem is the shipping time. I cannot believe it takes so long to receive an order. Why is this the only company that takes at least 10 days to ship orders. I could ride a bicycle to the warehouse to pick up my order faster. Happens with every order I place!

Love QVC! Never over all these years have I had a problem with this company. They've always been very fair and dependable. Size charts are good. Returns are easy. Very fast service. Excellent customer service. Really appreciate the payment plans offered on many items.

Who doesn't love QVC? Lots of my favorite brands and they often get new products before you can buy them anywhere else! Great prices & specials on Bare Minerals and Philosophy fragrance items too. Right now they have lots of cool stuff for perking up your patio after the long winter - shipping, returns and "help" are always superior.

I have purchased many products from kitchen appliances, computers, television, beauty products and shoes. Each time no problem returning an item regardless of the reason. Their name says it all Quality, Value and Convenience! Wish more companies were like them! You ROCK QVC! :)

Hurray for Equal Pay!

Being able to enjoy many top of the line electronics without going broke in the process, is awesome. QVC offers 3,4 & even 5 equal payment plans on some items. It's been easier to divide the payments instead of paying all at once.

My daughter is addicted to your beauty products. She is ever checking the site, nearly very month a package arrives at our home, I get anxious, it could be mine. Open it, it's another brand of makeup, its cream, its for her! But because they make her look yummy, I cool off with satisfaction. Thank you for taking care of my wife

Always a good experience... and handy when you see something you like or need. True story: I had bought my dad a lightweight portable wheelchair and before it got delivered he died... I told them what happened... they sent UPS over immediately to pick it up and handled everything. Thankful!

Every electronic that I have ever purchased from QVC has caved within a year. I brought a laptop, this stopped working and because I did not get a warranty they referred me to the manufacturer that were totally useless. Bought 2 cameras all broke before a year's timeframe. It seems they sell models that are no longer being produced by the manufacturers so they ship these defective items to QVC to be resold.

My purchase was over a thousand dollars, after the initial payment, I decided to pay it off. They took the payoff amount in less than 3 minutes, double billed me and told me it would take 3 business days to correct their error. Each rep I spoke with gave me a different story, corporate was no better, offering only an apology. I had to contact my bank for resolution. What was insult to injury they dropped the price only one week after the purchase... no price guarantee, no customer service, poor resolution for paying customers, they rather stretch out the payment and charge high interest on their credit card... buyer beware.

LOVE QVC.com. It is super easy to use their website and they have amazing deals on all sorts of different products. Lots of name brand items that I see in department stores and they almost always have a better deal. They also have amazing customer support so if you do need to contact them for any reason, they are great.

I ordered an 8 piece Bare Minerals set for $56.94. I paid for expedited shipping because I just wanted it faster. They have easy pay as well to make it even more convenient without needing their credit card. The products arrived perfectly packaged and the day they said it would. I am so happy with this set. Separately it would'very cost over $150. Would definitely recommend.
