Their company and customer service used to be great. I'm trying to pay off all my easy pays and i spent almost 40 minutes doing each one seperate only to now find they didn't charge them. I'm so concerned of them having my credit card info now i am going to call the bank to cancel the card and if they ever get around to it they can call me and manually take my info, I'm finished wiating for their terrible customer service to get their act together. I'm pretty dont with QVC, their time has long since past when they were a great place to shop

Good

I am a regular qvc customer. I am generally very happy. I get my favorite makeup kits from here every year. They have some nice brands. I have a serious love hate relationship with their easy pay. It's so easy to go broke and not know it until it's too late lol. Bummed you have to pay return shipping and original shipping costs when returning an item but at least they make it easy. Overall very happy with them though.

I was a great fan of QVC and purchased lots of stuff from them at really good prices. Never had a problem with them.
Unfortunately, QVC stopped shipping to Canada, I believe they had a lot of problems with items crossing the border/shipping.
Too bad, because now Canadians lose out on a great online shopping experience.

There's not much that I don't like about QVC. QVC does not put a product out there that is not of good quality. They provide "easy pay" no interest on a credit/debt card. They offer returns for up to 30 days. If you use the product for 30 days and do not like it you can return no questions asked unless you choose to let them know what you didn't like about the product.
People don't know that QVC sells top name brand items for far less that you can purchase anywhere else because of the massive amount of sales, they buy for less. Love this company.

This company is very unstable very shady not informative?use caution and protect you're saving bonds saving accounts and any other valueable assets they will con you're mother in Law if you allow these black market crooks to much slack they do for them selves and do not have the interest of normal consumers or people? " QVC does not have the personal to offer what everyone wants so it's unacceptable to deal with QVC on a irregular basis because to many times before QVC is a typical snakes oil sales company that would gladly sell the lotion for snakes skinny consumers are recommended to do business with QVC but keep these con artist on a short leash and be sure to ask the authorities for access to a Steel Clad combination Safe state of the art 2023 to protect you the consumers recipt

Good buys

I like their merchandise but you have to be careful and not impulse buy since you can be stuck with shipping charges and they can add up. HSN will give you credit for returns so you are not losing money, wish QVC would do it also.

I decided to try out QVC since they had a great deal for first timers, and my neighbor had found a great deal on Apple air tags. First thing that happened--they disappeared from my shopping cart. Found them again, added them again--then they said they couldn't ship to CA. Um, my neighbor had just ordered some to be shipped her with no issues. Tried again, this time I got that none of my methods of payment were acceptable, even though I knew the cards were good. Finally got the stupid things in my cart and this time it showed I had already used my promo code. Final try, I called customer service and the woman told me they had been sold out of them since July. Um, no, my neighbor got them and adding them to my cart was not the problem. I don't know how this is supposed to encourage new customers but it was definitely my first and last visit to QVC.

What a deal?
August 9, 2016

Know the retail of the item you buy. Not their idea, but what you'd pay! Got a deal of the day tablet and saved one dollar! Have not been shopping there as much. Used to have great bargains, some still are. Just know what you'd pay elsewhere.

A one rating is to much

I ordered a Christmas present for a very special lady and was promised to have it by Christmas Eve. Called after not hearing anything but getting junk emails and was lied to saying it had shipped. We received it on the 27th. I won't give this place the time of day and if you need it for a gift like we did, I'd look someplace else. We will!

Purchased a Cooks essentials ice cream maker and paid for it as I am suppose to do in good faith. The machine is a piece of C***p. I was led to believe by their TV show that this machine makes better ice cream than the store bought. Far, far away from the truth. Worse ice cream I have ever experienced. I then tried to make a return as they say is simple and more than fair. They want $10.95 to return a piece of junk. Then I tried to write a review and their site would not let me. This is called a sham. I took the machine and put it next to a dumpster and will let the dumpster divers eat frozen cream. I will continue to let the public know about this has been institution. Stay away from this sham company and go to Amazon.

Excellent service

We use the Care Mark home delivery service for all our prescriptions and gave been very satisfied with their service. Their products seem a little higher but the the difference is made up in fuel expenses to pick up their products.

I appreciate the payment plan as my credit isn't up to par. In the past I've ordered cell phones, computer, tablet. No complaints with the electronics. If I wasn't satisfied with other items, Vera Bradley, ect; I would return.

They flex pay works great

Have only order a few things from them but have been pleased with their service. Keep me informed about shipment,. Got what I ordered without delay. Ordered with flex pay and it was a good service. Able to contact live person about acct and very helpful.

Slow shipping!

I have been a regular QVC customer for years due to the excellent quality of the merchandise. I had come to expect long waits for my orders. I now shop on Amazon and see that Prime orders arrive within hours or 2 days at the most! For this reason alone, I am considering leaving QVC and giving all my online business to Amazon!

I ordered four items on four different days and the gift messages did not get sent with the gift (even though I filled them out online). I emailed them and gave them the order number and the message that I would like to have added. They pretended to misunderstand for over a week and then asked for me to fix it online. Their software does not allow for this to be fixed online. The gifts were all shipped with no gift message. I will never order from this company again.

I absolutely love this website! The products are great, the customer service is fantastic and it allows me to pay for products with installments without having to do credit applications. Returns are easy and allow for tracking to ensure delivery.

Good stuff

They have interesting products and sometimes exclusive items, but they often charge more, and do not discount shipping. I would shop with them more often if the pricing was better. The four stars is for the variety of products offered.

Worst company ever
November 20, 2015

They claim love it or return it. I got a letter tracking my returns and telling me to read the descriptions and watch the videos. I can hear. They say return the item. Hate QVC. I've spent lots of money and never got a thank you. Only got a letter telling me they track my returns. They lost my family as customers. Worst company and terrible customer service. Do not shop with them.
