When I write a review I try to be helpful to other consumers, I myself check reviews before I buy I read reviews and take them seriously , with that said I do use SOME Lancome products however I bought an eye shadow primer that burned my skin , when I called them the only thing they did was give me credit , when I posted a review in their website they did not publish it I received an e mail saying that it had to be " modified' , how can you modify a review saying my results with that product ? so if is anything negative Lancome will not publish it.

To buy is ok , but to pay you need to do it over the phone the website just won't let you, and a live person for customer service is non existent .

I contacted them for something very simple during the holidays when both my vets were not available and after many attempts their response was to call my vet , my dog had a cough and hemp oil did it , just a couple of drops and he was fine , I would have taken him to the vet as soon one was available but there was no need , I recommend you paw healer instead.

I am in the auto ship for dog food and several times I have had to adjust the frequency of my delivery , it is so difficult to get someone that speaks English , you get Sonia from the Philippines or Jenny from India , and just because they change their names they think they can help but NOOOO sometimes I have had to wait 4 days for a call back so I can speak with an American agent , this overseas people have no clue as to what to do and is frustrating that the whole experience can be awful , this is another example of the Corporate greed we are living.

I buy a lot of shirts for my dad and t shirts for me and I am very happy with the quality and free shipping , however the sizing in the woman pants is totally off and you have to pay return shipping , I do not like that .

I have trouble finding vitamin D in 5000 mg. so I went to their website and was very pleased with the variety I could find , and the quick delivery . Very pleased with everything , website is very easy to navigate , excellent selection and very prompt delivery , free shipping on top of all , to me is very important since those charges can add up .

When cable went all digital on April 2016 we bought an antenna for my fathers room since with a digital box we couldn't control that my dad would fall sleep with the tv on all day since the boxes don't have timers , anyway I bought the most expensive one which is over one hundred dollars but it didn't work amd even with the receipt in the original box , Best Buy will not give me even store credit after this awful experience we went with the digital cable and 2 controls. Be very careful with this merchant , I WAS a long time customer but no more.

I have bought several things , I am a beauty junkie and I like to try new companies , this company advertises that their products have antioxidants like the eye shadows , the way they advertise all of them have them, not true , I bought the last palette they came out with called the power of make up , I could not return it fast enough ! of course the shipping was on me , very expensive ! the quality in this palette is worse than drug store , I worked in Cosmetics for many years so I am used to YSL , Chanel , Guerlain etc . this is cheap and no chocolate , which is what made them famous , be careful , theyreally are too face.

I have been shopping with them for a year now and I am absolutely delighted , I have gotten electronics , cosmetics and so far so good the prices are great and the customer service is superb , I highly recommend it .

I remember when Nordstrom first opened here in San Diego and how they were famous for the customer service , after so many years I am happy to say that they are still the same . Their products are superb and the customer service is the best , I love to shop on line and they make it so easy , their website is very easy to navigate and of course having the free shipping and no questions returns is a plus . Everybody should be a Nordy , you won't regret it.

I like their merchandise but you have to be careful and not impulse buy since you can be stuck with shipping charges and they can add up . HSN will give you credit for returns so you are not losing money , wish QVC would do it also.

I really like all the medical information they give , since I am always trying to find out new and healthy was to improve my families and myself way of life . Also any new medical discoveries .I am not too fond of the quiz section since I need and want knowledge first .
