Ordered the 9.5 rib eye steaks 6 each. Received the steaks looked nothing like what they showed on video. Cooked like their phamplet said they ship with steaks. Tried to eat the steak was tough and had a lot of grizzle.Steak was the size of cube steak but only if it taste like cube steak would of been better. This steak taste like cardboard had a strange taste which I have never tasted before. Now I know what a shoe sole taste like.I bought these steaks from QVC with a host from Kansas City Steaks which also mention their 100 %guarantee. Which states on the phamplet they sent with steaks stating not satisfy they would refund or replace if customer do not like. Called QVC 800 customer hotline. Waited a hour serval times then line would go dead after a hour. Tried again waited for 45 minutes finally someone answered from QVC explain situation. I was told I didn't know how to cook steaks and can't tell difference from grizzle and fat then she hung up on me. I guess she was mad keep hearing a baby in the background screaming. I said oh hell no! Called Kansas City explain what happened was told no help had bought from QVC. THEY GOING TO DO NOTHING! Now they shipped the steaks from them had the phamplet stating 100 % QUARANTEE. The customer service Rep said no help bought from 3party and they doing nothing. Both QVC and Kansas City Steaks are responsible their is no where it states anything about 3rd party no where on their sites. States on QVC site can return within 30 days which not even a month bought on Jan 14,2024 started this complaint Jan 28,2024. Both companies don't, know I have a PODCAST for business critiques. So went on PODCAST armed with the steaks to show difference in size,had 4 people to taste taste which they hated. Showed all the quarantee's from both.People where calling in stating both companies are liable. Kansas City screwed up by sending phamplet with QUARANTEE and nothing about 3 rd party BS. PEOPLE where PISSED. And will not ever order from Kansas City or have orders coming auto ship will canx and can not believe Kansas City responded the way they did. Alot said must be hurting for money to act like this. Feel sorry for both companies you have lost all creditable trust! Plus if was a vendor that had product sold by a 3rd party I would make sure customer satisfy so would come too me direct cut out middle man plus make me out to be the good guy!

Ordered the Kansas City Ribeyes and where the worst steaks I tasted. Didn't look like the one shown on TV the bait and switch scam. Very thin weight them only weighed 8 oz instead of 9 oz. So much grizzle on them made them though. Called QVC no help. This has been going on slot lately ordering stuff and get inferior product. My dogs wouldn't even eat them turned their noses up on them. Contacted Kansas City got some lame excuse that they not responsible since ordered thru QVC got their name on box when came in. I think QVC and Kansas City are both scammers stay away from both! Even Kansas City won't honor their 100%garantee. Both companies a piece of crap!
