The shoes are like the kind one gets at Walmart for $15.On top of that buyer needs to know, even though they are marketing FREE Shipping - It is not free. Customer service said you need to pay for that yourself!
I would skip this site based on quality alone.
Total scam. I ordered 8 items. They sent me 2. The easiest apparel items. Never got the shoes. I believe they don't even have the protects they are selling, my thought is they "sell" them and create shipping labels but they never get shipped. They file a claim with ups or other shipping providers for lost packages (that were never shipped) and then make you wait till you either don't care anymore or they may refund. I still haven't heard anything, still haven't received a refund. They told me that they do still have the items I have paid for but that they can't ship them until they through claims with ups to find out what happened to my original order… total scam. They sound like the car warranty people on the phone and are out of Florida. Total scam!
Their shoes are inconsistent in sizing. I have not clue if it's due to them being quality control rejects or what
They also literally sent me the complete wrong shoe. Was in no way similar to the one I ordered.

Do not be fooled by the discounted price. I bought my husband a pair of New balance shoes. I wear 8 1/2 and he wears 11 1/2 man's. The shoes fit me, I went to return the the shoes and it cost $20 to return me. I payed 9.00 In shipping and handling to get them... Don't bother with customer service they'll just hang up on you! This place should be closed! After Reading reviews about this place (which I should have done in the first place) They have multiple plates about the wrong Shoe size and having to pay a double to send them back. Sounds like a scam. We reordered on Amazon and the shoes fit.
Shipping takes forever - when the order arrived... they sent the wrong size! After several failed attempts to resolve via "chat", I spent 45 minutes on hold, finally spoke to a live person who advised they would open a "case" to investigate. The "case" involves me photographing their mistake, emailing them the pics and waiting for a review. Then I get to pay for shipping and wait up to 45 days for a refund. Who has time for this!?
I read all the negatives reviews about this website but gave it a chance since I really wanted this pair of new balance that this site only had available. I am completely satisfied and happy. Ordered, got my shoes in no time and its perfect.

Literally realized as soon as I'd clicked the buy button I had ordered Ladies instead of Men. But no, too late, you can't cancel the order even if you call and wait the 15 - 35 min. For a rude person to answer. Now I find out I have to pay to send them back in order to get a refund. Guess it was technically my fault but other large retailers have spoiled me (Amazon). So, caveat emptor (buyer beware). These folks are not joking. Once you hit buy they are yours unless you want to pay out of your own pocket to ship them back. Ahhhhhhhhh!

JoesNewBalanceOutlet.com sends a bogus shipping notification, but then will immediately retrieve the shipment and have it turned back around to them. By the time you realize your order is never going to arrive, you're in for a struggle getting your money back.
They DID NOT respond to multiple requests for contact.

On second purchase from joes outlet the shoes they sent were advertised as wide but they are so far from wide it's ridiculous. I sent them 4 emails and they ignored them all. After they get your money, you are on you own with the sorry shoes they send.
I purchased a pair if NB shoes on black friday and they were to small. I called customer service and was on hold over an hour To be told they won't send a larger size or exchange. I would have to pay shipping BOTH ways and pay shipping again for the larger pair. That's over $30 in shipping for a $40 pair of shoes! Of course I didn't realize they were taking the original shippinh out of my $40 refund so I paid over $22 for shipping, so I actually got $18 refunded after shipping costs! I will never do business here again!
So I thought I had finally found my bday shoes for my outfit, fast shipping & all but it gets her and to my surprise it's the wrong ******g. The day before I leave for my trip and it messes up all my plans. DO NOT EVER ORDER a thing from here. They'll send the wrong item & size. I feel like a raging bull right about now. It's truly what I order cus what I got.
Joe continues to provide lower prices on virtually all of New Balance's offerings with low or no shipping charges. I've compared with local bargain outlets and they sometimes beat Joe on a running shoe that has been discontinued and is only available in extreme sizes and/or widths. But, that's rare. If you are a New Balance freak like I am, check this site out. They are quality service oriented and deliver within a few days of order. Highly recommended.
Don't get sucked in by the prices. This site is trash. And customer service is horrible. They sent wrong size but still want me to pay return shipping for their mistake. Smh never again
Worst customer service ever, never helped with a single thing...those shoes are at low prices but think twice before your purchase because you may never get your package
Nov 2023 - Just had an ugly experience with Joe's New Balance. I bought 4 identical pairs of shoes, two colors, to ones I owned, By model# in shoe tag, only to find the shipped product was 1/4 inch too narrow and 1/4 inch too shorter than the original. CSR and CSR Supervisor would not allow the returns - SO Watchout when buying from Joe's New Balance
Atrocious customer experience. I ordered last week. They sent me a shipping confirmation email with a link that doesn't work. I created an account to find my order, but the account page doesn't work. I sent them a text message that they have not responded to. There is no support email address anywhere. I called them, and the rep told me I'd have to pay for return shipping myself even though my shoes are defective, the lace holder literally broke off the second I tried to tie the shoe for the first time. She gave me an email address to send pictures to, which is apparently not an email address they actually monitor or respond to. They don't respond to messages on social media. There is literally no way to actually contact this business. I am going to have to file a BBB complaint just to get them to respond to me. Do not under any circumstances shop from this horrible, horrible website.
I bought a pair of shoes from Joe's New Balance Outlet. They were the wrong size. I contacted them about the mistake. They agreed to accept a return ONLY IF I PAID TO RETURN THEM! What kind of store charges the customer for their mistake? I will never ever buy anything from them ever again!
I placed an order here, and turns out when ordering, it has the order automatically on "wide" instead of standard. So 20 minutes after placing my order, I noticed this and called to ask them to update my order to the proper footing, and they informed me that I only have 10 minutes after placing the order to call to make changes. I'm not sure what the difference 10 minutes versus 20 minutes make, but it seems more like they were just trying to avoid doing extra work. They told me that I will have to return the item, wait 10-14 days after they receive it to receive my refund, then place the order again. Which is absurd. So I told them that I'll be returning the item, but I won't be placing a new order with them. I would avoid changing shopping here.
I ordered two pairs of new balance from here and both of them are too small. Which I don't understand because this is the size I wear in new balance but their shoes aren't properly sized. To top that off to return them by ups was 27 dollars a piece so I'm out of 54 dollars for shoes I couldn't wear. They should put on their website our shoes run small
I ordered a pair of new basketball sneakers from this company and after a week of waiting, they sent an email thaty order WAS delivered and.left on the front porch, but my porch IS NOT acssesible from the front gate and i have a long drieway. I also have two ring cameras, from the gate and from the porch. There was NO recorded activities from the time and date they claimed it was delivered. They refused to refund me, even though i have solid evidence that the product was NOT DELIVERED! Pls. STOP patronizing this company.
