Joe's New Balance Outlet

The shoe I bought was small, and I had to pay 20.00 for the return plus the 10 I payed for shipping, I payed almost the same price of the shoe just for shipping! Never ever buy from them!

Shoes are oddities or different items. If they fit the discount might be for you. Mine didn't and it cost me $40 to send back. Joe's does not offer any shipping.

I ordered one pair of shoes - unfortunately, I failed to read reviews on this company first. I ordered a size 12, but when I hit the confirm button, the order confirmation indicated a size 14?! I immediately, and I mean immediately called their customer service number (got a recording) texted the number provided and was asked for the order number. The requested info was provided and the response I got back was, "We are sorry but your order cannot be changed or canceled once processed." Followed by a second text, "You are welcome to return any unwanted products according to our return policy." Followed by a third text, "Unfortunately, Joe's does not offer free return shipping." This was litterally within minutes of placing the order. They could have and should have correct the order in less time than they spent texting me their "sorrys" Initially I wasn't sure how the size got changed, but after this experience, I am now satisfied that the size 14 posted on my order was not my error. Joe's has lost the potential of a very good customer, and if you heed my warning, they will likely lose many more.

I only wear new balance shoes! A big fan! I have purchased many from Joes new balance outlet! Today, I got a daily deal for a mens Drft for 44.99. When you put in the cart, it went to 54.99. I called customer service, and a lengthy wait I was told there was a "delay in the Que" and they couldn't honor it…I offered to send the email to them, but they refused. Pretty Tacky!

I ordered shoes online and waited 10 days for them to arrive, they came with the inserts 2 sizes to small, customer service was not helpful, they just said to return the shoes, a real headache!

Joe continues to provide lower prices on virtually all of New Balance's offerings with low or no shipping charges. I've compared with local bargain outlets and they sometimes beat Joe on a running shoe that has been discontinued and is only available in extreme sizes and/or widths. But, that's rare. If you are a New Balance freak like I am, check this site out. They are quality service oriented and deliver within a few days of order. Highly recommended.

Lately I wrote review about a problem that I had with Joe's new balance and they resolved it.
Now I am happy with them because they did great customer service.

Shoes are at least a half size small. Then they get you by not paying for the cost of the return shipping.

Not worth the stress. Shop somewhere else. Avoid this store at all cost

I bought 8 pair of shoes from this website in the last couple of months. One pair was too loud in color and another I realized after ordering was the same style as a pair that doesn't have the kind of support I want. I also bought a jacket that turned out to be too small. I returned the two pairs of shoes along with the jacket in the same box with different return slips. I received a return for one pair of shoes and the jacket but have yet to receive a return for the other pair. Twice I've called, and the first young man was helpful. And told me they had written in the notes that they found an "unexpected item" in the box and it would delay my return. The problem is that all 3 items were separately ordered and each had a separate return sheet. I telephoned again today since another week has passed since I received the first return and the woman was rude and unhelpful. Rather than passing on my concern, she told me to wait 3 more days and then telephone again. Welp, I work. Every day. No one should have to spend so much time chasing down a return when you've spent a good deal of money with their company AND the returns are very expensive which means you don't get much of discount of the shoes don't work. She said each item should have been returned separately which of course is untrue because they returned my money for the more expensive shoe and the jacket. Customer service matters. And, the cost of returns matters as well.
