I bought 8 pair of shoes from this website in the last couple of months. One pair was too loud in color and another I realized after ordering was the same style as a pair that doesn't have the kind of support I want. I also bought a jacket that turned out to be too small. I returned the two pairs of shoes along with the jacket in the same box with different return slips. I received a return for one pair of shoes and the jacket but have yet to receive a return for the other pair. Twice I've called, and the first young man was helpful. And told me they had written in the notes that they found an "unexpected item" in the box and it would delay my return. The problem is that all 3 items were separately ordered and each had a separate return sheet. I telephoned again today since another week has passed since I received the first return and the woman was rude and unhelpful. Rather than passing on my concern, she told me to wait 3 more days and then telephone again. Welp, I work. Every day. No one should have to spend so much time chasing down a return when you've spent a good deal of money with their company AND the returns are very expensive which means you don't get much of discount of the shoes don't work. She said each item should have been returned separately which of course is untrue because they returned my money for the more expensive shoe and the jacket. Customer service matters. And, the cost of returns matters as well.
