I received a bill from my cell phone company from this site. I have never heard of it before and until now had no clue what it was. Somehow, I was billed $9.99 for using this site. I first saw this site in 2011. And thought hey let me give it a try. I bought a bid pack and used it all until I had won a $50 Walmart Gift Card. Ebay has implemented so many restrictions and fees that has completely impaired in our ability to bid on items, it's basically another Amazon. While penny auctions are pretty much all gambling this particular site has got on the band wagon of giving your bids back if you BUY the product after you lose on it. Of course you are not getting the product for a good price, you are getting it for probably full MSRP and it is probably a product you wouldn't buy to begin with except for 1/1000th of the price.
