Recently booked a ticket to Hanoi from Melbourne. I received a confirming email to my name correctly spelt. When I viewed the ticket, my surname was mis-spelt. Upon requesting the correction and pointing out Bestjet's own error I was treated with contempt, totally ignored and provided a link to their T's & C's. Then promptly raped for $190 to rectify THEIR mistake. How can their confirming email have the correct spelling of my name yet the ticket does not? Simply OUTRAGEOUS(((((
No refund received after 13 weeks cancelled. Never used this service anymore. So horrible customer service
