These guys are a complete scam outfit. They trick you into thinking it is a business based in the USA. They show a California address. I ordered a thermometer during the "Times of Corona". I knew I was paying a premium (like triple), but I wanted a thermometer and was led to believe delivery from California to Utah would take less than 5 days. Here I sit 2 months later with no thermometer and a worthless tracking number. The item still isn't even in the US. I filed a claim with PayPal. Hopefully I can get some resolution

Before I ordered from this company I ask if the company was in the USA. The merchant said that they was. I place a order on 3/22/20. The merchant sent a tracking number it was out of the country and the number was not valid. Contacted them though email Told me not to worry I would get my product. Time passed No package I sent another email requesting a valid tracking number. I requested a refund this made twice that I had ask for a refund. The merchant still didn't give the money back and sent a different tracking number they said that the order got stuck in the system. The tracking information showed package in China finally it showed in NY. Weeks went by with no updates. Finally after another email to them the package showed in California. The package finally came today 05/13/20. And all the information on the items are written in Chinese imagine that!. I will never buy anything from this company Ever again.

Received a one-line reply that the shipment was recent, asking to wait:
"hi there, so sorry about that, due to the system problem, the item has return back to us, we had resent it, could you kindly wait more days? Thanks."
Requested that refund or new tracking information be provided immediately
Received the exact same line in response:
"hi there, so sorry about that, due to the system problem, the item has return back to us, we had resent it, could you kindly wait more days? Thanks."

Placed an order on 3/23/2020 and received an invalid tracking number. I reached out on 3/25 to the merchant and also included the BestPrimeUSA support team to cancel the order, and the merchant told me they couldn't because it already shipped. Then I found out the original order was returned, but the merchent never canceled my order and told me it had shipped again. Here I am on 4/15/2020 with no new tracking details and the order has not been cancelled. I've been reaching out on a daily basis and all I get from the merchant are apologizes, and no one at BestPrimeUSA is stepping in to help resolve the issue. All I want is an ETA of delivery or to cancel the order. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY... SCAM! And shame on PayPal for working with this scam company!
