I purchased products which I never received. Emailed more than 10 times with generic responses that never answered my questions. I gave them ample opportunities to make it right. Finally I filed a dispute and realized they placed themselves on autopay for monthly payments. Do NOT buy from this company! They are truly scam artists!

I paid for their product in January in hopes it would arrive for valentines day. Its now March and I still haven't received anything. After they took my money, a couple weeks went by and I didn't see a shipping notification so I emailed to see what was up. They said they needed me to answer a question about my picture in the order. Odd they didn't ask until I asked why my shipment was delayed. Ever since then they keep saying the product is on the way but here we are more than two months later and nothing has arrived. Stay away.

I would recommend using another company that has a better reputation.

Placed an order on December 8th, 2023 as a Christmas gift. Today is Christmas Eve and still have not received it. Horrible customer service. Also, there products are produced and shipped from China.
