“Declined order and raised price”

I ordered a part for a Pentair filter on June 5th and paid for the order. On June 6th the order was cancelled because they "had complaints from our customer and stopped selling the product". The next day the product was listed again at a higher price. They claimed they "received another one yesterday" but declined to honor my original order. They have now blocked my IP from accessing their website. I have email correspondence and screenshots upon request. BEWARE.

Parts delivered damaged. Pictures sent with the parts still in their package. Rude and unhelpful. I would never do business with these clowns again.

Tip for consumers:
Horrific customer service. I wouldn't spend another penny with these people.

Had to Jerry-rig a fix to make product work.

I helped my mom order some culk and grout so she could repair her pool tiles. The company sent tubes that expired in just a few months (which isn't even printed on the tube- you have to call the manufacturer with the code to find out the expiration). So at the end of summer when my mom planned to use them, they had already expired. She called the company and they were rude and refused any kind of refund.
I could not find another vendor selling what she needed, so I sucked it up and placed another order with this supplier and asked that they not send tubes that were about to expire.
They canceled my order the next day, and told my mom that because she complained last time, they didn't want to do business with her.
Apparently they are a little sensitive and can't handle any customer feedback.

Tip for consumers:
Shop elsewhere! Customer service was horrible.

None. They refused to sell me culk and grout.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! "Manager" called us to say they would not accept our return because the product was "used." We did not realize that "used" meant the electric board was plugged in once (ok, our bad). He said he would allow us to send a label to get the item we paid for back, but because we disagreed on what "used" meant, he then acted like a child, hung up on us, would not allow us to speak, or give us the opportunity to send a label.

He kept on saying how nice he was for giving us the opportunity to get the item back, but apparently he would rather throw it out then allow us to get it back (or he will keep it and sell it again, like a scammer.) There was no rational discussion with this person. Both myself and my spouse tried to talk to him and he just kept saying, "it is the policy... it is the policy. I don't have to send it back to you!"

We would have had no problem sending him a return label at our expense to get the product back, but the second we started questioning the definition of the word used, he wouldn't listen anymore and just called us liars.

The correct way for him to have handled the situation would have been…"I am sorry but due to the condition of the returned item, we cannot resell it, so we can either discard it or you can send a label for us to return it to you." Instead he kept saying we were trying to commit fraud because we didn't realized "used" meant the item was plugged in once. The item was still in perfect working condition, even though he claims it was damaged. Absolutely ridiculous behavior from this owner. Stay far away!

Tip for consumers:
Avoid if possible. If you encounter any issues, you will have to deal with the rudest manager who is very combative and will ensure, whatever the issue is, is your fault.
