I bought 2 different keyrings from the website in January 2011. About THREE weeks later an email came, saying they were out of stock for both products and suggested to me some "alternative items"... I email back to ask for the refund instead - they required me to open a Paypal account. Paypal had the minimal amount to withdraw - £0.07 short of the refund from www.bestofferbuy.com What kind of company allows the transection, only to send the customer an email three weeks afterwards, to say the product is unavailable? Absolutely disgusting.

I purchased a hand buzzer it never worked, so they sent out a replacement that never worked so i asked for a refund, they said I will have to pay for P&P which is more than the item. When i complained my emails got ignored.
